This property was fantastic! The outside area was beautiful and provided us with everything we needed, the pool was great for all ages. The property served us well. Fabienne was a star ⭐️! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Uzès. Très bien située, la villa comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Malgré une clim au 1er étage dans une seule chambre, l'autre etait toujours à température agréable, donc aucun inconvénient. Propriétaire tres sympathique et à l'écoute 😊

Super accueil de la part de Fabienne. Merci pour ta gentillesse Maison très agréable,spacieuse, propre qui se situe dans un lieu calme pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Le plus: la piscine avec son bar et les différents espaces aménagés dans le jardin soit pour boire un café, manger ou boire un apéro que ce soit a l'ombre ou au soleil à vous de choisir . Tout proche du centre ville. Uzés est un village rempli de charme où les locaux sont très gentils et accueillants. Pour conclure, nous ne regrettons en rien ce choix et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés .... Et nous reviendrons avec grands plaisir car beaucoup de choses à voir et a revoir .... Tres belle villa avec piscine pour groupe
Nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans cette tres belle villa avec piscine. La climatisation a ete tres appreciee lors des chaudes apres midi. La villa est a 10 mn a pied du centre d’Uzes. L’arrivee et le depart ont ete tres bien organises et les contacts avec la proprietaire ont ete tres fluides et cordiaux. Nous reviendrons sans doute l’an prochain.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub, tolles Haus,prima Lage nur etwa 10-15 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt , super liebe Gastgeber! Grandios die Ausstattung , der herrliche Pool und die Sauberkeit des Hauses.Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wohltuend fanden wir, das bereits alle möglichen Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffee, Filter ,Tabs für die Maschinen etc vorhanden und nutzbar waren . Eine rundum sorglose Woche,herzlichen Dank!

Gute Lage
Das Ferienhaus hatte eine sehr gute Lage,etwa 10 min zu Fuss in die wunderbare Innenstadt.Uzes ist ein Besuch wert.Das Haus war sehr gut gereinigt.Hatte alles was man braucht.Auch zu erwähnen die möglichkeit, sich im Schatten draussen aufzuhalten.Pool und Aussenbereich war Super.Kann ich nur Empfehlen.Auch eine sehr nette Vermieterin.

Maison impeccable, très fonctionnelle. Tout est clôturé autour donc appréciable pour les enfants en bas âges. Piscine chauffée et spacieuse pour notre groupe de 9 personnes. Les équipements (transats) autour sont assez nombreux pour tous c'est le top ! Pleins de petites attentions de la part de la propriétaire, par exemple, quelques dosettes de café, pastilles de lave vaisselle, papier toilette etc .. permettent de bien démarrer le séjour avant de faire nos courses ! Nous avons apprécié ! Le contact avec la propriétaire était parfait ! Personne très accessible et agréable.. nous espérons revenir et nous conseillons à 200%

De superbe vacances dans une villa super équipé
Nous avons passer une super semaine dans la villa de Fabienne ! Tout était réunis pour que nous passions de superbe vacances. Du sèche-cheveux, à la machine à glaçons en passant par la machine à laver ou encore la tireuse à bière ! Tout ce que l’on peut imaginer avoir besoin en vacances se trouvent dans cette charmante villa. Nous n’avons manqué de rien, nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée, les différents endroits pour se poser dans les jardins ou bien encore la climatisation car c’est vrai qu’il fait chaud dans les terres. Les chambres sont spacieuses et épurés, la cuisine est vraiment on ne peut plus équipé! Nous avons apprécié avoir un vrai congélateur à notre disposition car de cette chaleur, les glaces sont au rendez-vous ! Fabienne a été là pour nous du début à la fin de notre séjours dès que nous avions besoin d’elle concernant sa propriété et son équipements ou alors pour nous conseiller pour les activités à faire dans les alentours. Nous avons adoré le charme de la ville d’Uzes et la proximité de la villa avec le centre-ville ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Magnifique propriété
Magnifique propriété conforme aux photos. Malgré notre arrivée différée à cause de bouchons, Fabienne nous a accueillis très agréablement et a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement des appareils de la villa et de la piscine. L'extérieur de la piscine est très agréable à vivre et la piscine que légèrement salée. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et nous avons trouvé tous les ustensiles dont nous avions besoin. la climatisation au rez est très pratique et fonctionne très bien. Le quartier est très calme. Il y a une superette à 500 mètres et un grand supermarché à 10minutes en voiture. Peut-être le seul bémol, la 2ème chambre à l'étage qui est sous le toit et qui n'est pas climatisée.

Le logement de Fabienne est super, il est bien équipé, il dispose de tout le confort nécessaire! Il est situé dans un endroit calme et non loin du centre ville d'Uzès, qui en vaut le détour. De plus Fabienne à été une hôte parfaite dans sa communication et dans la gestion de notre arrivé et départ. Je recommande fortement son logement si vous voulez passer un bon moment au calme et découvrir la belle région du gard.

Accueil, propreté, équipement, tout était parfait. Maison Bien situé au calme idéal pour une famille et amis... Belle piscine bien entretenue ainsi que le jardin. Des beaux transats pour profiter du soleil et belle terrasse. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est pas mal aussi. Le Salon et le séjour sont également spacieux et très bien équipés. Pour les amateurs de cuisine vous y trouverez les ustensiles qu’il vous faudra pour concocté de magnifique petits plats..... Et que dire de la gentillesse et de la serviabilité de la propriétaire ...
