Really disappointed in the stay. Pillows were uncomfortable dry hard gum by phone in room. Bathroom didn’t lock. 3 people only 2 large towels. AC never got cold. Won’t be staying here again.

We were there for a funeral, and between all of us we rented 7 rooms. Half of the rooms had poor air conditioners and a couple had tvs that didnt work. I asked to be relocated to another room because it was in the 90s outside and our a/c wasnt working. There only ever seemed to be 1 individual on site that had to man the desk, tend to the rooms and do the laundry. The owners need to know that the customer service and the property is suffering, come out and lend a hand and quit overworking the staff!

Ceiling falling down in bathroom. Ants crawling around door frame of bathroom, inside and out. Room was hot, we had to go buy a fan. We left at 8 am and they didn't clean our room. 4th of July weekend so we couldn't get another room became everything else was full. Needs a complete overhaul. Definitely not worth over $100 a night. When checking out, the girl went to check my room before she would release my deposit. She made me wait outside the office.

The property was dirty, and the rooms were extremely hot, we were moved to 4 different rooms and all of them were super hot, the staff was annoyed with the fact that I kept coming back to tell them that there was no waybwe could stay in those rooms especially with the heat outdoors and then to have a room just as hot. They were rude about it and said that no one else was complaining, I had her come to one of the rooms to see for herself and she just nodded her head and walked out of the room and finally admitted how hot the room was and explained that they have issues with all the rooms upstairs. I asked if I checked out and just canceled the reservation if I could get a refund and she said yes, but upon checking out she said something totaly different and said we couldnt get a refund and would have to talk to the manager in the morning, well I've been trying to talk with someone since Saturday 6/15 up to now no one answers the phone when you use the option to speak with the front desk. This place was horrible and i will make sure all my friends and family know about it.

The rooms had recently been renovated, which was a bonus, however you could tell that the amenities in the room, like the shower and a/c unit were the original and fairly old, there was quite a bit of water and humidity damage in the room which was evident on the walls, floors, and bathroom door. When we entered our room the floor by the sink and bathroom were wet from condensation, which I am assuming is where the damage to walls and doors is coming from. Overall the room was clean, the staff were respectful and kind. The rooms just need some better upkeep, (buildings and grounds wise, not cleanliness) rather than just new furniture.
