El personal de recepción muy mal en el trato al cliente y muy mal servicio, las habitaciones muy sucias y la ropa de cama con olor a sudor, manchas en las sábanas, las almohadas sucias y con mal olor. Nada recomendable, deberían mejorar la limpieza y el trato al cliente

Casi excelente.

Tuve una estancia de dos semanas. No estuvo mal, pero para ponerle 5 estrellas me faltó un lugar para colgar mi ropa (pues solo está el mueble debajo de la tele para colocarla como se ve en la foto), agua embotellada diario (solo a mi llegada había dos botellitas de 250 ml), un pequeño escritorio con su silla para trabajar en la compu y acabar con ese aroma a encerrado de la habitación que pica un poco la nariz hasta que uno se acostumbra. La limpieza se hacía muy bien, no era por ahí el asunto. El restaurante con precios muy buenos y variedad de platillos. Volvería sin duda, solo ojalá atiendan estos puntos. Gracias por lo demás!

Reserve por Expedía 2 habitaciones para 4 personas, me llegó la confirmación al correo, hablé a la recepción y me dijeron que Expedia solo reservó 1 habitación para 2 personal, usando llegue hacer el check in nuevamente me dijeron lo mismo, les mostré mi reseracion para 4 personas con 2 habitaciones y culparon a Expedia que solo solicito 1 habitación, fue muy incomodo porque no me respetaron mi reservación, negocié quedarnos 4 personas en 1 habitación … y 1 hora después me dijeron que ya tenían otra habitación disponible …algo raro porque desde el principio dijeron que no tenían habitaciones disponibles…
