Very relaxing and extremely clean. Loved the kitchen which gave options to make a meal. Although it was under renovations it eas still beautiful. Cant wait to see it completed.

Avoid this hotel. They are under massive renovations which is not advertised on the website. There’s paint fumes and construction ongoing for the entire main floor and this also includes the breakfast area as well as reception which means the side door is the only entrance and has to be propped open so new guests can access the hotel to check in which equals zero security. Also the workers use the side door outside area as their smoking location which means you are walking into a cloud of nicotine just to get in. Parking is not free apparently like it was a few months ago. The property is being updated but I’d recommend waiting until they’re completely finished. In my opinion, the hotel should be closed down during this construction phase as it definitely impedes the enjoyment of your stay. The front desk was also not conciliatory at all when I mentioned that I was allergic to paint fumes and that I wasn’t notified about the construction in advance. They offered free parking which was free before so I have no idea what they supposedly now charge for an outdoor space in the middle of a residential area. Ridiculous.

The hotel was doing renovation of the main office and we got the room next to the door. There was constant noise for construction people working, banging, hammering, opening doors and slamming .

Going through a lot of construction at the hotel so not the cleanest areas as you enter, stayed here before and was free parking, kind of shocked we had to pay for parking, when they have the whole property to themselves and it’s in Markham not even downtown Toronto and they charging for parking.. was upset with that as before they didn’t.
