We stayed here for 4 nights over Canadian Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel is undergoing renovations, so we understand some inconvenience. Breakfast was "grab and go". We were supposed to have housekeeping on the third day, but there was no housekeeping at all the entire time. Go down to the desk for clean towels or ice. People put their trash out in the hall for pickup. Every walk to the elevator was past bags of trash on the floor of the hall. Renovations do not excuse the complete lack of housekeeping.

The property was under renovations. So that was a bummer. We did not know until check in. Lobby was out of use and hot buffet breakfast was not offered. Had a grab and go breakfast option instead of muffins and cereals. Rooms need a fresh coat of paint to feel less dirty and damaged. Overall the staff are amazing and very accommodating. I just think the hotel should disclose the Reno’s on the website. As I wouldn’t have booked if I knew there were Reno’s and full breakfast was not included. Again staff are amazing and the hotel has potential.

The indoor pool was small but at least it was there! There apparently was a big group before us for breakfast so we had to wait a bit for replenishments, but again at least breakfast came with the room. We tried to heat up water in the stove but maybe I just didn’t know how to turn it on! We used the coffee machine to heat up water. The sign to the hotel was easy to miss especially if you’re driving at night and in the rain. Thank you!

It is teasonable but the facility is not fuctioned well. The seimming pool is good but quite cold water so hard to enjoy even though it is summer time.

We had a great stay at this property, check in went smoothly, staff was friendly and breakfast was great. This was also within 20 minutes of being at Wonderland so it was not a long ride back and very close to shopping areas. The only problem we had was that you could hear people talking through the vents while trying to sleep.

Located in a nice area, easy to get to from highway and very quiet area. Staff was great, room was just as expected and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Our room had crumbs under the foldout bed and garbage, we also had ants in our room EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting. We were changed to a new room and there were cobwebs in the corners, crumbs, cracked countertop- got into the elevator and the handrail fell off. Will never stay here again.
