Bathrooms could be cleaner. An enclosed shower would be much better. Spider and webs in bathroom and sleeping area. Maid service tag was not visible so we didn’t get maid service during our stay which was disappointing.

I am very disappointed with my stay there. We stayed there for 10 days. The hotel is dated, and the facilities are filthy. The carpets are dirty, and the friendly staff can't do much about it. I regretted it every day, but I couldn't cancel it as there was no refund available. Please save your trip and stay somewhere else, especially because the hotel was not cheap. I could have gotten a much better place to stay within that amount. When I complained, the staff was kind enough to upgrade and provide a bigger room, but it had the same filthy carpet and bathroom, and I had sleepless nights because of that feeling.

A few oddities and lacking space
Overall, I found the room to be small and provided just enough space to navigate around the two queen beds we had. It's unfortunate the hotel's pool was out of service for more than a week and they didn't provide any credit or rebate. My children were looking forward to it and we'd have definitely picked another hotel if I had known it was out of service. Really not sure why the hotel would provide a microwave in your room but not have anything except disposable/paper plates at the front desk; it's quite counterintuitive Finally, my wife and I couldn't understand why the pillows were so gigantic. I've never seen such enermous pillows in a hotel in my life. Thankfully, I was able to ask the front desk for more normal-sized pillows and they were able to accommodate.
