The lady who checked us in was friendly and very accommodating. She suggested eateries nearby and chatted about the unseasonable weather, even offering warmer clothes if needed. Room was all we required and the bed was comfy. Would stay again. Only constructive criticism would be that the jug was difficult to fill because of its size and the tapware in the sink and the sink needs some CLR clear and a scaper. However, minor details that did not impact our very satisfactory three day stay.

The Motel Staff were great, especially the Manager on the day, and even moreso when I discovered we had booked and arrived a day early. Unfortunately Wotif were completely useless in trying to assist with my mistake. Their assistance consisted of gobbledook, double speaking and was completely unintelligible. After sorting things out privately with the manager, I spent the rest of the evening cancelling all my bookings with WOTIF and re-booking at other properties privately. I will never book with WOTIF again!
