We reserved and pre paid on mobile. We decided to use our 93 Expedia cash to supplement the OVER priced room. I pray no one paid full price. Once we checked in the lady at the desk said here’s your key cards on the 3rd floor. The elevator is broken. And I said you should have mentioned that we aren’t able to climb stairs and my husband has a heart issue. She just shrugged. No rooms any lower. The window had no screen and the window was open. I called her to tell her and she said just push it harder. Also the bathroom mirror was filthy. Not a good place very non caring staff and WAY over priced. We would like our money and 93 dollars back!

Comfy stay

I like it is pet friendly but the blinds only have a light see through curtain. The sun hits you and people can see in at night. Beds are comfy but the shower was not clean. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection: was very good.
