The property is newer but very basic and sparsely furnished lobby and common areas. The staff was preoccupied with discussions that were not appropriate and loud - especially exaggerated in the open, mostly empty lobby and breakfast area. One of the 1st floor exit hallway doors with blocked from closing by a work glove at the bottom on the floor. Felt as if safety was not a concern for staff.

Pumpkin waffles were a hit

Room was good. Breakfast was okay. Not a lot of selection. Only had 1 milk left for cereal, oatmeal or coffee. I was told they would not be getting more for two days. They ran out of other stuff as well as I was told they had a busy weekend. The pumpkin waffles were good according to my husband. My kids wouldn’t try them. Good stay just wished they would have planned better for breakfast foods.

Nice for a comfy night stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Ice machine om our floor didn't work, but the one on a different floor worked. The staff helping with breakfast was a doll, so nice and helpful

Not dirty, but not exactly clean either Hallways look old and tired. Rooms dont feel fresh, dont use anything other than sheets you can tell they aren't changed out often. Its a place to lay your head on a road trip nothing else.

The side door when you have to park in the back is broken and apparently has been for some time, not convenient to walk to the front of the building to enter. Staff was nice, ice machine broken, lobby was clean and looked updated, rooms are outdated but clean. Quiet, great selection of tv channels, good water pressure and the ac in the rooms worked exceptionally well. Would stay here again.

We stay in this hotel each year two nights, have for 5 yrs, staff are always friendly and welcoming. Rooms need upgrading, equipment is declining. Price is high but is due to remote location. Was much cheaper 2 years ago. Breakfast is reasonable, rooms are comfortable and clean. Decent location, no noise complaints. Hotel just needs a little love or a fee decrease.

Very friendly Staff

We found this hotel on our trip to Oregon. It was very quiet even though it was right off the highway. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our cat and this hotel was pet friendly on the 1st floor making it convenient for traveling. He loved watching the little birds outside the window. The rooms were clean and quiet. I imagine they see more construction crews staying for short periods of time. They had a mini fridge and microwave. There was a large gas station with 2 built in fast food restaurants next door as well.
