The front desk didn’t activate the key card for the entire stay. It took three days of having to go to the lobby to get a new card before the desk employee did it correctly. I booked 4 rooms due to my mother’s funeral and 3 of the 4 rooms had the same issue. The room on the 3rd floor’s door would not shut all the way unless you physically lifted it into place. My husband and I had an allergic reaction to something in our room. Coughed all night, but were fine when we left the room. Of all 4 rooms, only 1 had a hair dryer. On Expedia, we checked the box for a pet and halfway into our stay, received a call that it was reported to them by staff that we had a dog and had to pay even more for our room. Even after I went to the desk to sign the paper for the pet stay, they called again acting like I didn’t comply. I didn’t need all this difficulty in my state of mind losing my mom.

Excellent hotel!

I always research hotels and reviews before staying. This one was definitely a wonderful choice. We didnt check in until 10 pm..the woman that checked us in was very pleasant. The room was very clean and up to date. The breakfast had enough options. The worker handling the breakfast was also very kind and made sure everything stayed stocked. Alot of hotels have a musty odor in the halls. This one did not. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely make this our hotel of choice when we are in the area.

The imcluded breakfast is the best. There is variety. everyday it was something diffrent not the same thing everyomring. The cook should get a raise.

I walked into the hotel, to the lady laying on her back on one of the benches, on her phone while greeting me. She walks up to the counter and proceeds with my check in. I checked in and booked a king room. I guess this room had a separate living room/kitchen and the overhead lights do not work. So half of my room was kept in the dark. Could not function in the kitchenette without a flashlight. The light bulbs in the lamps were also all mismatched. Some yellow, some hospital white. Paint is missing in the room. Throughout the room there’s missed paint marks on the walls. There’s water spots on all the ceilings- the headboard on my bed was COVERED in fingerprints and what looked like fluids running down it. The pillows were old, small and incredibly flat. The bed was just as old and bowed in the middle when lying down. The house keeping guys are LOUD in the hallways. Blaring their music and cussing. When I checked out, a different woman at the counter didn’t even say anything to me or give a smile. I handed the keys and she walked away. Would not be a hotel I would stay at ever again, nor recommend.

We had the pool to ourselves, which was nice. We could swim laps. The bathroom by the pool lacked soap and had a missing toilet paper holder. The room and tub were nice and clean. We appreciated the shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast offerings were a little slim but adequate. Our bed was a little firmer than we like so we didn’t get a full night sleep. Oh, our room keys needed to be reprogrammed every day, so it was a little inconvenient but we managed. Staff was friendly.
