Our charming villa Nunica is nestled near the picturesque town of Porec, surrounded by nature! Located in the heart of Istria, our cozy villa offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience and tranquility for your getaway.

Located on two levels, it has enough space for everyone's relaxation and tranquility.
The ground floor apartment welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living room, complete with a comfortable sofa, perfect for lounging around after a day of exploring. Added to this are two judiciously furnished bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second a sofa bed for two people. Two bathrooms and a toilet complete this level

Upstairs another fully furnished apartment awaits you. It also consists of an equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, offering flexibility and convenience. Two additional cozy bedrooms provide privacy and comfort, while a two other bathrooms add convenience.

Schönes Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Nunica sehr genossen. Wir waren dort mit 2 Familien (5 Erwachsene, 3 Jugendliche uns 3 Hunde). Das Haus, die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und es ist viel Platz. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf, mitten im Grünen. Die Lage ist optimal, um die traumhafte Halbinsel Istrien kennen zu lernen. Innerhalb von 10 Min Autofahrt gibt es ein Café, Bäcker, Supermarkt u einige sehr lecker Restaurants. Leider haben die beiden Wohnungen keine Verbindung und an der Küchenausstattung könnte etwas aufgerüstet werden. Das Engagement der Vermieter war super, bei kleinen Problem, kam direkt jemand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Lieben Dank, Alice.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und geht über den Standard hinaus. Das einzige Manko ist die Lage. Bis in die Zivilisation fährt man jedes Mal lockere 10 Minuten und in die Städte Porec und Rovinj 25 bis 30 Minuten. Für einen abgeschiedenen Urlaub perfekt. Wer jedoch die Städte erkunden möchte muss sich auf jeden Fall auf einige Fahrzeit einstellen.

Für Familien die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten top! Im großen und ganzen eigentlich sehr zu empfehlen ein 🌟 Abzug im EG fehlt sitzecke bzw couch mit Fernseher wohnbereich entweder liegst du im Bett oder sitzt auf den stühlen in der Küche. OG Wohnung fanden wir die Matratzen nicht gemütlich. Falls für Urlauber WLAN wichtig ist in dieser Ferienhaus/Villa kein guter Empfang. Gastgeber sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen erholsamen schönen Urlaub DANKE AN DIE NETTEN GASTGEBER 👌👌

Ferien in Istrien
Schönes und geräumiges Haus, das eigentlich aus zwei Häusern besteht, so dass entweder mit zwei Familien oder jeder ein komplett eigenes Schlafzimmer hat. Dazu gibt es jeweils eine eigene Küche und Badezimmer. Der Pool und der Garten sind toll umschlossen, so dass auch ein Hund laufen kann oder mal abhanden zu kommen. Igor, der Vertreter der Vermieter, ist super hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation ist perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr netter Vermieter, beantwortet alle Fragen schnell. Das Haus ist sehr schön, es sieht alles so aus wie auf den Fotos. Alles Wichtige ist vorhanden - Geschirrtücher, Schwamm, Spülmittel, Kaffeefilter... Man ist irgendwo im nirgendwo und kann so laut sein wie man möchte. Am Pool kann man super entspannen und der Grill ist top. Perfekter Kurzurlaub!

Schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage
Die Villa wurde von vier Freunden gebucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, so dass die Musik auch mal lauter sein durfte. Nach Porec braucht man etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Villa entsprach den Bilder.

Toller Urlaub
Lage der Villa ist ruhig und abgelegen d.h. auch wenn man Mal Musik am Pool abspielt stört das keinen. Die Villa hat alles was man benötigt.(Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Fön ect.) Das großzügige Grundstück ist gut in Schuß gehalten ebenso wie der saubere Pool. Der Check - In war super einfach. Hier ein dickes Dankeschön an Igor (Ansprechpartner vor Ort) Sehr Hilfsbereit und gibt super Tipps.

Sehr schöner Istrien- Urlaub
Schöne und ruhige Gegend im Landesinnere, das Haus besteht aus zwei Appartements, daher ideal für zwei kleine Familien bzw. Für zwei Generationen- Urlaub. Das Haus an sich sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Großes Grundstück mit genug Platz um mit Kindern Fußball zu spielen. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne nochmals kommen

Ideales Haus für 2 befreundete Familien
Die beiden Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnungen sind separat gehalten. Somit ideal für 2 Familien, da jeder seinen Rückzugsort hat. Die Lage im grünen war für uns ideal, da die Autobahn gut zu erreichen ist und wir das schöne Istrien somit gut erkunden konnten. Für uns ein gelungener Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft.
