This newly remolded unit is perfect for your next visit to the charming town of Tiffin. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, everything in the unit is new July 2022. Both bedrooms and family room have smart TVs. This is steps away from Frost Kalnow Stadium and downtown restaurants, bars and stores and in the DORA district. Heidelberg, Tiffin University and Hedges park are all near by. Check out our 1 bedroom and 3 bedroom listings as well.

This building was a Mid-Century designed office building that we have converted to a high-end 3 unit furnished downtown rental. We are trying to offer guests an upgraded hotel type experience when they come to our town. The complex is perfect for larger groups, weddings, family reunions or sporting events. It is also a great option for longer stays for work related activities.
Guest access
We have self check in with programable locks. You will be given a code before your visit, but we are also available if you should have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Great stay
Great stay at a great price. Only thing missing was an extra bath towel because we had four people and only three towels. Other than that awesome place and would stay here again.
