Very disappointed

carpet was dirty very dirty the room smell like mildew and the shampoo and conditioner and body wash containers were empty if we hadn’t have just driven 11 hours we would have move on after see all this! Sure wasn’t wrong the 138.00 it cost me

Had to ask for a different room. 1st room the pillows had been moved and bed looked like someone had already been there. Room smelled like weed.

Rundown and Dirty

The room was very dirty. It had lots of dust everywhere and it was really rundown in the room. The gym had several missing weights, things falling out of the ceiling. Breakfast does not start until 7am, that is a little late for people that have things they need to be to. We paid extra for a 3rd bed that they did not have extra pillows for. They also did not have a roll away bed that we were told they had.

The beds were uncomfortable with old mattresses. The carpet was old and stained. There was dust on furniture. It took 30 minutes to get the tv to work. We stay in Holiday inn express many times a year and this is by far the worst ever.

room was dirty, had wash rags hanging on shower rod from previous people...dirty and almost no water pressure...it was a very unpleasant stay very disappointed

Building had a strong odor of potentially some type of smoke. Bed not too comfortable but able to get some rest. Breakfast was okay. Overall for a quick sleep in, it was okay for the price.

Room TV didn’t work. Nothing worked in the breakfast area. No rolls. No pancakes. No sausage. No gravy. Cook said nobody in management told her how many people would be coming. Disappointed guests who were expecting food!

The guy who checked us in was nice. The elevator went up to our floor but when coming down we had to walk down the stairs to the floor below us and then take the elevator the rest of the way down and that is super ghetto. Our floor was extremely hot and with the AC in room on full blast, it still did little to make us comfortable.
