Pleasant stay!

Room is small but clean. Location was pretty good about 2mins walk to JR shinkansen and bus terminal. Walkable to old town & jinya too. Thumb up!

Staff are super friendly- we dropped off luggage before checkin time and they were moved to the room by the time we checked in. Room is more spacious than regular hotel rooms in Japan. However the building seems old, sound proof is bad, bathroom facilities are below the bar compared to most other hotels in Japan.

Hotel location was great really close to train station and not to far of a walk to the shops and morning markets. Only down fall was that there wasnt many places to eat of a night time. We ended up eating dinner a few timw at the hotel's restaurant which was really nice and not to badly priced. Staff were helpful and really kind. Overall a great place would stay here again.

More than pleased

Hotel is located very near to the takayama station. The room is spacious and there is also nespresso machine with four complementary capsules. Love the eco friendly program offered by the hotel where you can get a credit of 500yen to spend at any 7-11, family mart, lawson in Japan. The hotel also allow us to leave our luggage overnight as we enroute to onsen even though we have checked out. Overall very pleased with the hotel.
