Dont ever stay at the inn at gig harbor!!!!!
Loudest hotel ever. No noise abatement on rooms only 50 or so feet from the hwy. You could hear every car, truck and motercycle go by. Not even earplugs helped and no refund for an uninhabitable room. I will say the front desk people were polite. But was told because we use Hotels.com to book our stay their manager wouldn't give a refund. Any way we left 1 day early with a $250 + loss. Just don't stay there. Stay at a better hotel for less$$ in Tacoma its ony 8 miles away!

We stayed at this hotel twice on our trip. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room was better than the second room. The second room did not have a nightstand on one side of the bed, the facets had a spray instead of a general flow, and some of the room amenities were lower quality. Both rooms were okay but we much preferred the first room.

While property may be showing some age, the wonderful staff is always the highlight of my stays here at The Inn. Every day we are met with friendly greetings from everyone we pass. I have family on this side of the bridge so this place is always our first choice. The breakfast is decent and the beds are comfy. All we need, really. Well, maybe an update to the bathrooms would be ideal. Need more counter space! Looking forward to our next visit!
