I booked 3 executive rooms. They sold out and gave me 2 executive rooms and a small single. I had people sleeping in the floor because of the mess up.

We stayed for 3 nights. Room decor and furnishings were very nice. TV “Cable” was all feeds from local stations. No MSNBC, NetFlix etc. Nowhere was any notice that the room would not be housekeeping serviced daily. Only asking the front desk about the waste cans, fresh towels, replacement of coffee and sugar packets etc, then we were informed on the “Hotel Policy” of giving 24 hour notice on a request for housekeeping service. We had to put everything in the hallway, go to the front desk and ask for coffee packets sugar and creamer…..daily. Ridiculous. I informed them that policy has failed to protect their Brand. We will never stay at their properties in the future.

This area of the PNW is not immune to the drug and homelessness issue which makes it feel unsafe and filthy. A man sitting on the bench on property was nodding off while eating cereal spilling it all over himself. He sat there like that for at least 2 hours. The lobby had a couple of kids going in and out of the check in office and two people seem to be checking people in, one in professional attire, the other in a sweatshirt and sweat pants. Not sure if they own the property or if it’s franchised but it felt odd. They were nice during the check in process and when I shared the issues with my room. Getting to my room I noticed the peep hole eye glass was hanging out of the hole in the door. When I got in I saw that it was missing the back cowling. All of the bathroom products were so low they were spitting out in small spurts. When I told them they did offer to change rooms which I refused but I still wanted to inform. The floor was dirty in the corners like the cleaners had repeatedly just shoved the mop into the corner which led to a build up of grime. It was easily visible when the door was closed. This hotel was highly rated on Expedia and other sites which is why im writing this. Once again, staff was great, facilities could be improved, cleaners and room prep should be reevaluated, and the area around the hotel is filthy and owned by the homeless. I went into a chain restaurant which also had a vibe that matched the area. Low staff dirty tables, terrible service.

Hotel was nice, room was clean. The hot tub closed at 10, wish it stayed open a little later as we didn’t get in until later. Tons of shopping and dining near by. Couldn’t get extra towels either because it was a full house. Overall okay for a night or two.

The parking lot was scary, lots of druggies around. There was garbage all over grounds The stairway had throw-up in. Someone had dumped a bag of crushed chips in 2nd floor lobby area, it was there for days. The ceiling in paper thin, and the guest above us stopped all night!!! JUST GROSS experience!!!

The area around the hotel had a lot of shopping and restaurants. The hotel did not have maid service, and the front desk had to hunt for more blankets after my son got sick in the bed. We were told to bring used towels to the front desk, as they would not be collecting them. Maintenance also started up a leaf blower before 8am, so it wasn't very quiet. It is a good location.

We needed to catch a flight the next morning and this location was close enough to get us there in 15 to 30 min. Breakfast is good and the service is great. We had a barking dog next to us and that was irritating. Room couches have stains and we didn’t even set our luggage in them. The location is great with a lot of food choices and shopping, playground across the road with a nice path to walk on.

Our stay was good, I stay at alot of different hotels in the Seattle/west side of the mountains area, and this was the first hotel that had front doors locked at night. We came back at 3am from the casino near by, and had to use our room key to get back into the lobby, which I thought was great, especially since we had other family members staying in our room while we were gone, I just thought that extra security was the best, I would definitely stay there again, Im sure there's other hotels with that feature, but this was the first Ive seen.
