The location is incredible being minutes from circular quay train station, restaurants, the warf, the opera house, store next door that had everything you might need. Lobby is stunning, staff was professional and attentive. They helped me get some ice and hold my luggage till checkin. First visit. Stay here!

Our favorite thing about Sydney Harbour Hotel is its employees. They are kind and helpful. Aaron gave us a lot of great recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing, Wendy helped with a room issue and the French lady was also very helpful and kind. The location is perfect to walk to so many places and also very near the metro if you need to go further. We would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Sydney.

Loved this hotel. The views can’t be beat. It’s a historic feeling hotel right on the water. Also had guest laundry facilities, which I’ve never really used while traveling before but had to because of the pigeons in the harbor.

I know this is a Heritage-listed property and remodeling is nearly impossible. That being said, however, there is a lot lacking in the room. The furniture is dated. The artwork is faded. On the otherhand, we couldn't possibly get a better view.

The location of the property is fabulous as it is in the heart of The Rocks. We walked everywhere, with the bridge and Opera House popping into view at almost every turn. It’s quite close to the Circular Quay station too. The property is looking a little tired, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the rooftop pool looked great.

The hotel is in a great location for seeing all the sights in Sydney. To wake up to a fantastic view of the Sydney Opera House was amazing. The hotel itself is in need of renovation (particularly the bathroom in our case). Nevertheless, it is a great hotel and is ideally situated and I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is in great location and walking distance to Opera house, botanic garden, shopping centers,... The mattress and equipment in the room looks for more a 3 start hotel than 4. Breakfast and service is good.

Great facility with wonderful staff. The location was outstanding. Just steps away from loads of wonderful restaurants, the Circular Quay, week-end street market. Loved this location. A little noisy on Saturday night (our room was on the second floor), but the noise was tolerable after we shut our window. Highly recommend.
