Average hotel

The location is convenient right off the main highway. The front desk workers were very friendly and the check in was fast. The rooms were pretty average. The bed was okay. The bathroom was small with low ceilings. (I am 6'5). The breakfast was okay. You could hear quite a bit of hallway noise. The TV and viewing package were disappointing. Biggest complaint is the AC/heat unit is very loud. Fair price for a one night stay.

Best quality and food for the price! Great hot breakfast and the staff was very accommodating! Room was very clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again!

The room left a lot to be desired had a musty odor We found a plastic water bottle on the floor and a cap off the water bottle under the bed sheets. The room needs remodeled Staff was friendly and breakfast was good Probably won’t stay there again until it gets Remodeled

There was only a window unit and it didn’t heat the room very well. There was no vent in the bathroom and a pretty good sized gap around the entrance door.

The beds were amazing. Very comfortable. We had a no smoking room and a small human with us. The breakfast was delicious and the people were friendly. I would definitely go there again and again! The prices were also very reasonable for the area.

Get what you pay for

Quick overnight stay for longer trip. Cleanliness is important to us. Room had dead bug and nail clippings on bathroom floor. Cobwebs in multiple corners of the room. Talked with front desk in person about this. No offer to clean it or offer another room. Hotel was only about 25% occupied. Front desk said they would let the manager know in the morning. It was early enough for them to clean it or change rooms. Would have changed hotels if we weren’t tired from being on the road all day and were leaving early the next morning. Get what you pay for and will find another place in Sweetwater next time. Also the pool was uncared for and green.

The good: the staff was nice, bed was comfy, great AC, quiet place. The bad: some spots of the room was dirty, stains on the walls and curtains, shower did not work, the tub held water because of the faucet dripped, rust on the side of the wall in the shower. The bathroom door couldn't open all the way because it hit the toilet.
