"This resort felt like being at a resort out of the country. I had to keep reminding myself we were just in Miami! The aesthetics are amazing and most importantly there are so many things for kids to do! I honestly can’t think of a complaint other than the construction but that’s only because I want to enjoy whatever they’re building, lol. Check in was smooth, staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms, specifically the bathrooms, could use a bit of an upgrade to keep up the aesthetic of the lobby/restaurants/exterior."

"Transportation to the cruise port was great! Didn't wait to long for pickup at the airport Not a 2hr wait like some of the reviews say. Just remember you have to be outside from door 5 to 23 and flag the van down. That's the only downside wish they had one area for pickup. My stay was great! Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
