Our stay started off waiting in a car for hrs because they did not have a room clean by check in time.. we had to chase down house keeping for towels and toilet paper.. they shut off the water on the 3rd day and every day after that there was black specs in the bottom of my drink cup in breakfast.. food was good tho.. dog area was nice.. upon check out they asked me for my card for the incidental.. I said we did not break anything they then said oh I mean the service fees.. we said what service fees? Out of 6 days being there they only changed our sheets one time.. I told them I was not giving them my card for that and we left… they went and took my card number from registration without my permission or signature and charged an extra 200 for service that was never done.. we called them from on the road back to NY they basically laughed at us and said we are put on the DNR list.. would not connect me with a manager.. will not return.

Property and room was very clean. Comfortable pillows and quality towels. Full breakfast was great. I would only recommend having some a turkey option, maybe Turkey sausage or bacon. The shuttle service downtown is a great addition! Shuttle is clean and timely. Thank you.
