You can't find a better location to stay in in Split and the room was lovely. Only slight thing to be aware of is that the reception desk isn't manned past 10PM, so if you arrive later (as we did) make sure you let them know in advance so they can tell you how to get in - it wasn't a problem when we let them know.

An excellent hotel, central as in the name, and a beautiful building; the room was also very nice. A special mention to team member Diana who checked us in and helped us get settled - nothing was too much trouble and she resolved everything with a smile. She is a credit to your team!

The property was convenient and in the heart of all attractions. But the room was not as described. The "street" view was of just roofs. The headboard of the bed was peeling and the pillows were so broken down it was a ton of clumps.

The location is unique, right at the edge of a major square and in the middle of shopping and restaurants. New windows mean no noise comes in from the square.

This is a much older property in the heart of the old town very convenient if you want to see the attractions. The room had a strange smell and even after leaving the windows open it still lingered. The staff were helpful and even retrieved the bottle of wine we left in the room after checking out. I would have drank it

This was an amazing heritage hotel in a great location to explore the historic old town. The staff arranged an airport pick up at late notice and left a lovely bottle of red wine in the room to greet us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Sheets dirty, wasn’t changed from previous guests; hair and crumbs all over both beds. We were given new sheets which we had to put on. There is no housekeeping or guest services; after 11pm no staff at all. Bathroom dirty. Really not a hotel but room for rent type of apartment bldg.
