Overall, the property was exactly as described and well outfitted supplying a lot of extras we didn't expect (i.e. board games, cards, etc). The proximity to everything (Casinos, shopping, restaurants) couldn't have been better. We were able to walk everywhere. We had issues with the heating and a beeping noise in the downstairs guest bedroom. We contacted the property management, and the heating issue was resolved almost immediately. The beeping noise was not and was still beeping upon our departure. The TV needs to have directions on how to use the remote controls for the not tech savvy visitors. We never could figure out how to connect the sound bar to the TV. Those few things aside, it was a fantastic rental. We will definitely stay there again...soon!

The property was excellent and the perfect size for me and my 3 friends. The only problem we had during the entire 6 day stay was that the ice maker was not working in the fridge and we had to buy ice. Other than that, it was the perfect vacation rental!

Great Location
Walking distance to downtown and the lake, so location is great. Lots of shops and restaurants. Only real complaint about the place would be that the bed's were not comfortable at all. Kitchen was stocked well. Place was clean. Beware, the bears like the parking lot area!!! We saw them on two separate occasions.

Feedback on the Property
The entry code was difficult most times we tried to open the door. Also, exiting the condo we couldn’t lock the door. The number 401 was not clearly marked and we did not receive information we needed to go to the second floor to open it. The TV on the top floor didn’t work most of the stay. The porch light bulb needs replaced.Otherwise it was centrally located and very clean.

Not exactly as advertised
Location was great. Short walking distance to gondola, shops and restaurants. Place was decorated wonderfully and was very clean. We did come across some issues. We plugged a blow dryer in one of the rooms and it blew a fuse, management came within minutes and fixed. We were told there was a fold out sofa bed (it was an air mattress). Neighbors were noisy, we did call management, but it didn't stop. The way the listing is worded, you would think their is a hot tub- there is NOT. We did enjoy the place, but it wasn't quit what we thought.

We had a great time staying at the property. Snowed all week and they did a great job of snow removal. They were very responsive to any communications. The Wi-Fi isn’t amazing but we connected our phones and then dropped hot-spots and it worked fine. The property location is fantastic. Kitchen was stocked and had everything you need to prepare meals. Close grocery store (about a mile) and restaurants. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Well stocked kitchen. Nice 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. Nice for 3 couples. Nice fireplace and grill. Branch VR rep was very available. About 3 blocks from gondola. Rented skis and boots from Marriott heavenly sports and they kept our boots while skiing in valet. Don’t need to carry equipment to condo.

Overall good
Everything about the stay was good. A couple of small complaints. Master bed is terrible. Hump in middle causing both sides to make you feel like you are falling out of bed. It also wasn’t made when we arrived. Ice maker didn’t work. Ventilation or heating unit in upstairs bedroom is extremely loud. Otherwise, place was nice with extras, lots of games and well equipped.

The Best Location for South Lake Tahoe
The property is two stories and large enough for everyone to have their own space. It’s in waking distance to almost everything you’ll want to see in South Lake Tahoe. Check-in is simple and the property was very clean. Only reason I’m removing a star is that the living area furniture is pretty uncomfortable. Could use some new fluffier pillows and more blankets to make it easier to use.

Labor Day Weekend Vacation
This is an amazing property! Not only is it beautiful both inside and out, but it is also located right in the middle of everywhere you want to be with great shopping, fantastic restaurants, and beach access nearby. No need to drive as almost everything is within walking distance. This property had more than enough space for 4 adults and 1 child. It came stocked with all the essentials. The many board games supplied were great and the Shuffleboard table was a huge hit, especially with our toddler. We highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Great location to walk every where
We really enjoyed the location and the layout of the house. We did run into an issue with the garage door breaking and the management compay was very responsive. They found an additional parking place for us, as the garage broke to no fault of ours. Only other issue was noise as there is a unit above and they had kidsc who were noisy, but it didn't bother us if we were downstairs.

Great condo and perfect location!
There were five of us and we had plenty of space. Each bedroom has a bathroom to claim. Kitchen area is spacious and is open to the family room and balcony. Grill works perfectly on the balcony and we even made friends with our neighboring balcony grillers. Location was perfect - a crosswalk away from the south side shops, restaurants, and activities. Mike, who managed the condo, was highly responsive and really accommodating. We even had a bear in the neighborhood for about an hour - pretty exciting. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Mike and team for our wonderful stay.

Great location. Only a couple blocks from the casinos, right across the street from Heavenly Village and about a 5 minute walk to the lake. Host was very responsive. Being in a gated community was really nice. The unit had pretty much everything we needed.
