Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet even though the F&B outlets are just in front of the hotel. Room is considered big compared with other hotels that we stayed in the past. Hotel is near to the Eujiro 1 station and Myeongdong station, both about 3 mins and 8 mins walk respectively. Our 7 nights stay package includes the breakfast which is realy good. One feedback is that the brealfast menu could be changed to a different menu on every 3 days for variety. Nevertheless, we will definitely stay at Hotel28 again when we visit Seoul again.

Family trip - 4 nights stay

Amazing hotel located in the heart of Myeongdong where street food is literally around the corner. Staff are friendly and forthcoming. Dyson hair dryer and nespresso coffee machine provided in the room. Molten Brown products add on to the luxurious experience. Breakfast was delicious and service is first class - felt like fine dining with bigger portions. Rooms are clean and spacious. Highly recommended, will definitely come back again. Hotel is situated in the city district. Shopping malls so convenient and surrounding little shops. Food courts in abundance. Hotel rooms very clean and refrigerator drinks are replenished daily which I love and it’s free!!! Easy walkable distance to places you want to go. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel smells nice and very clean. Will be recording this to friends and I will come again next year. My go to hotel when in Myeongdong. Thank you!!!

Hotel28 is a nice boutique hotel in the heart of Myeongdong. The rooms are just as advertised in the photos, if not slightly larger. The bathroom in particular was extremely well done with new finishes, separate, toilet, bath and large shower. Despite being warned about construction, the room was very quiet and a nice reprieve from the frenetic atmosphere of the neighborhood.

This was our second time staying at Hotel 28 and we will always stay here when traveling to Seoul. It’s so conveniently located in the middle of town, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is top tier. It’s by far the nicest accommodation we’ve stayed at. Everything is clean and beautiful and the mini bar is a nice touch after a long day. Thank you!

Freaking amazing location!

Amazing location! Walking distance to the train stations, located right in front of restaurants, surrounded by shops, around the corner from the nightly street market! My husband and I had an amazing time!! Rain or shine the street market was going, great food, drinks, fruit. Hotel was clean, it had everything we needed, truly a gem. I would stay here again!!! We had a larger room with a tub, corner suite, living space area. It was great!

Exceptional boutique hotel with style

My daughter and I stayed here for five nights - perfect location, quiet rooms despite being on a busy street - and all high end amenities and services. While the restaurant was closed, the hotel offered a catered box breakfast of our choosing and it was served hot and at the requested time. The commercial grade coffee service and hair dryer in the room along with the upscale heated plumbing fixtures were a bonus. The staff spoke English well and were very happy to help. The daily cleaning and the complimentary refreshing mini-bar were very welcome and unexpected. This boutique hotel offers a valued service and accommodations. We loved it (and we travel a lot). As I'm a producer, I loved the film theme despite not knowing the actor who owns the hotel.
