My wife took my kid into pool bathroom and there was blood and fecal matter all over the floors and toilet. My wife didn’t feel safe staying here with kids so we checked out and left. Not a very good impression with cleanliness. Will never recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. Rooms are nice we had oceanfront balcony. Wall to beach and promenade. Pool and hot tub oceanfront. New owners making upgrades. MO’s restaurant connected to hotel. Walkable to other restaurants, bars and shops.

One of the two elevators didn’t work when we got there. The next day the other one went out. Our privacy wall was glass and broken. There was glass all over balcony and was inside on carpet. Sprinkler was coming out of ceiling. Staff seemed to never know what was going on. No manager or upper to have authority to do anything.

Check-in process was really easy, the staff is friendly and answer all the questions you have. The place is really convenient and some of the rooms have ocean front view. We booked a room with the king size bed including kitchen and a balcony that faced the building across. I will be totally honest and inform everyone that the whole place needs to be remodeled, our room was over by the stairs and later that night I noticed both elevators were out of order so we heard constantly people going up and downstairs running mostly kids making our night miserable. The other thing I want to mention is that we brought the stuff to cook pasta since we were having a kitchen but we completely changed our mind when we saw the stove and you can judge by the pictures. We came down to the pool and we noticed the water was really dirty so by the appearance looks like they don’t treat it properly. The pictures that this property shows on Expedia can be deceiving and once you walk into the room and see the difference it makes you think that it would’ve been worth paying extra money for a better place than this one. When we checked out the lady we talked to got my phone number and I explained to her the situation that we went through and she said she will pass it on to the manager but I have not heard from this person at all and at this point it doesn’t matter I just want to warn people about this place and here are the pictures to show everyone I am describing my experience.

This place is undergoing massive upgrades. In the meantime, its a great place for families and couples. We had a beachfront room with a full kitchen. Four burner stove is a bit cramped. Dishwasher is flimsy and doesn't clear the soap. Floor had a couple glass shards. Fireplace didnt work, and slammed loose parts during a windstorm. Yes i would stay here again, because the pool and spa were nice, kitchen still was good, location is the best, and the staff was pleasant. I'd give them another chance.

The power went out all night and nobody checked on us. No updates. They originally sent us all the way upstairs to a room that was down for maintenance so we had to carry our luggage somewhere else. Poor service/communication. No heat and it was cold

The bathroom needs a lot of work. There was mold around the tub, the shower curtain almost fell on my head, standing in the tub it felt like you were going to go through it. There was a big sag in the tub so the water stands in the bottom.

Like most place there is some upside and some downside. Upside is that it is a beautiful view and convenient walk to many places. The room was very spacious and the deck was good sized. It was nice having kitchen facilities so that we could make some food for ourselves. The staff was amazingly friendly and thoughtful. Downside is that much of the room was not in great shape. The glass door was fogged up on one side which restricted the view a lot (which is kind of the reason to stay here). The rug was not very clean - walking barefoot in the room my feet were dirty from the rug. There is a bare spot where there was apparently a dishwasher that has since been removed. The markings are worn from the stove so not clear the setting. One of the biggest problems is that there was only one elevator working and it was extremely slow. Since it was the holiday it was not too much of a problem. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but they really need to do some work on the place.
