Property was very nice but the bar/restaurant was a total mess and the staff didn't really know what was going on. Valet was overwhelmed on numerous occasions. Location was just OK, you had to walk several blocks or drive to restaurants.

Staff was extremely unfriendly. Upon arrival, the room was not ready (1 hour and 20 minutes late) and no compensations were given. They said that because we booked through Expedia, they could not refund. Upon arriving to the room, it smelled like marijuana and the tv was on. Parking is valet only ($35/day) and parking staff did not appear dependable or trustworthy to drive. Breakfast is not included but available at a restaurant, which seemed to take forever to order. I don’t like to leave negative reviews… I wish I had a better experience to share. I would book at a different hotel in the same area, the location was great.
