We were very impressed with the condition of the room and the cleanliness. Your cleaning staff does a wonderful job! And the uniqueness of the design/decorating. One of our complaints is we don't need the fancy expresso coffee - regular coffee would do. Another is the underground parking. It's not well marked and quite difficult accessing (especially with a truck).

Vehicle Broken Into In Underground Parkade
The hotel itself was great but unfortunately our vehicle got broken into in the underground parkade. We had a lot of items stolen including my husband’s wallet which was unfortunately inside the compartment of the truck. I thought the parkade was a locked compound due to it being underground plus it had a garage door style opener on it. Apparently it’s not locked and is open to the public. And thieves are easily able to gain access into the parkade and break into vehicles. I had informed the hotel about the break in and they did nothing to appease me with it. Only saying that there parkade was not locked and is open to the public. I think an apology would have been nice and maybe a discount offer for our next stay would have been nice but instead got offered NOTHING.
