Home away from home

Weekend Away
Great little spot with short, easy ride into town. We had a lot going on and it was very cold so we didn't get to take full advantage of all the back yard had to offer but the fully fenced in yard was great for our dog. We hope to get back in the warmer months to fully utilize all the property and town has to offer.

A great weekend in Saratoga!
We had a great stay in Saratoga! We were there for regatta weekend and the house was both convenient and in a quiet, private area. It was incredibly well appointed, with welcome goodies, tons of coffee and a fenced yard for our pet. Check in was easy and seamless and communication with the property owners was easy as well. All in all a great stay!

The property exceeded our expectations. From booking until checkout communication was clear and just enough. The property is well kept, super stocked and close enough to everything to walk or ride to the center of town. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Sweet house with a lovely outdoor oasis
Kings Citrage was the perfect place to stay for our event at SPAC. There is a wonderful path that leads directly to the SPAC grounds. The hosts were over-the-top accommodating and responded immediately to all of our questions and requests. We highly recommend staying at the King's Cottage.

Perfect Location for a SPAC Concert
The cottage was very cute and so clean. They really thought of everything you might need and made sure it was available. They even had extension cords, which we took advantage of. They were so attentive to questions we had and always responded quickly. We were there for a concert at SPAC and the location is so close, we were able to walk to the concert. It was so nice not to have to deal with the crowds in parking lots.

The Whitney Stay
We had such a relaxing stay at King’s Cottage. The host made traveling so relaxing with all the comforts and convenience of home. Pet friendly with a great fenced it outdoor space. Would highly recommend.

Fabulous, clean, well-equipped property
My family (two adults, two kids) stayed in this property for a weekend in order to attend a family wedding. We could not have been more delighted. The cottage is pristinely clean and very well equipped, with modern decor and thoughtful amenities. A highlight was the outdoor space, which is a fenced in, private seating area with fire pit and lawn games. The hosts were responsive and gave very clear directions. We had no trouble getting into the property or figuring out how to take advantage of all of the home’s benefits. Thanks for a great weekend!

Coziest cottage
We really enjoyed our stay at King’s Cottage. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The back yard is cute—we wished the weather had been better so we could have spent more time out there. We loved being so close to walking trails. The cottage is also only a few minutes’ drive to downtown—it was ideal for our needs!

Perfect Place to Stay!
Do not hesitate to rent this lovely cottage. Husband and I stayed for 2 nights for fall getaway. It was exactly as described on website. I’m a cleanliness freak and everything was immaculate! Host responded in seconds for any questions and a nice welcome basket was included. Great location. Quiet street, perfect fenced in backyard. Our lab loved it! Don’t hesitate to stay here!

Perfect cottage for our Mother/Daughter trip...
The only issue we had was locating the cottage at night... It does sit back from the road and the number looked like a "15" at night... That being said... we couldn't have been happier with our stay. The hosts are readily available to answer any question. The cottage was quaint and thoughtfully decorated. We LOVED the outdoor space... from relaxing in our personal hot tub to roasting smores over the fire... The location was also a plus for us. We were centrally located for all of the wedding festivities and it was an easy drive to the downtown area. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories!

We enjoyed our stay at the Kings Cottage! It's the first time we've been welcomed by a goody-basket, and it even included treats for our dog. It wasn't a long stay, but we had everything we needed. There's a great gnome garden in the yard, as well!

Lovely place!
My boyfriend, my sister, her fiancé and myself headed up to Saratoga for a small birthday getaway and this place immediately caught our eye with all the amenities that were provided. We ran into a very small issue of the propane tank running low for the fire pit but after giving notice to Amanda, she immediately got in contact with me to let me know that the situation was going to get handled. We had the greatest time at this place along with how close it was from Downtown Saratoga. From the amenities, communication, location and having bunnies running on the lawn; I would definitely book here again!

Awesome !
We travelled to Saratoga Springs for a few days to see a concert at SPAC. The cottage was absolutely wonderful and an easy, beautiful walk to the venue. The cottage itself was very well appointed with beautiful, updated decor, and furniture and amenities . Wish we could have stayed longer! Had absolutely everything we needed. We had a two month old baby, and it was a perfect place for all five of us :-) would highly recommend !
