Stunning place, incredible views and beautiful nature. Property itself has seen better days, needs updating and wifi signal was very weak and inconsistent. Breakfast selection very small and fruits vere not ripe.

A pousada oferece um visual de tirar o fĆ“lego! Ɖ realmente um paraĆ­so e sĆ³ por isso jĆ” vale muito a pena! Confirmando o que outros hĆ³spedes relataram, ela fica mais afastada da cidade e vocĆŖ precisa de veĆ­culo para tudo, principalmente porque nĆ£o se pode contar com o restaurante pois estĆ” quase sempre fechado. Fiquei no perĆ­odo do rĆ©veillon e mesmo assim nĆ£o vi o bar da piscina aberto nenhum dia. VĆ” com um alimentos e bebidas para passar os dias pois lĆ” realmente nĆ£o tem! Do resto, achei a limpeza boa mas entendo que deveriam ter trocado roupa de cama ou toalhas, fiquei 4 dias e isso nĆ£o foi feito. Pontos que dĆ” pra superar!

Local perfeito para quem deseja ficar isolado

A proposta da pousada Ć© excelente, tem uma vista incrĆ­vel para a serra e para o mar. Em relaĆ§Ć£o localizaĆ§Ć£o, fica bem isolada ao lado sul da ilha, dificultando o acesso ao centrinho, onde ficam os melhores restaurantes e praias menos lotadas. Um trajeto de no mĆ­nimo 30 minutos. No quarto que ficamos tinha apenas uma tomada 220v e nĆ£o estava funcionando. AlĆ©m do cheiro muito forte de madeira, que eu atĆ© entendo pois Ć© a proposta do local. Mas Ć© bem impactante logo ao chegar no quarto e abrir a porta. Ɖ como se a madeira tivesse sido molhada e secou a sombra.

Atendeu Ć s expectativas, mas peca no atendimento

Eu e meu marido passamos um fim de semana, de sexta a segunda, na suĆ­te master Leopardo e dentro do que tĆ­nhamos de expectativa, fomos totalmente atendidos. Se vocĆŖ busca um lugar isolado, completamente integrado Ć  natureza e, principalmente, com um visual de tirar o fĆ“lego, vai amar aqui! - A pousada fica no extremo sul da ilha, cerca de 20km da balsa, muito longe de tudo. Para mim isto nĆ£o Ć© um problema e eu jĆ” sabia, mas se vocĆŖ faz questĆ£o de ficar perto de restaurantes, do centro e toda estrutura turĆ­stica, nĆ£o Ć© para vocĆŖ. - O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ oferecido Ć© simples, mas para mim mais q suficiente, No entanto, para quem prefere uma variedade maior de opƧƵes, Ć© importante ajustar as expectativas. - Quanto Ć  estrutura do quarto, havia problemas como abajures queimados, porĆ©m, isso nĆ£o afetou a experiĆŖncia geral. Os mĆ³veis e decoraĆ§Ć£o nĆ£o sĆ£o modernos, entĆ£o menciono aqui para quem valoriza esses critĆ©rios ficar ciente. - Fui informada que o bar da piscina funciona das 13:30 Ć s 21h, no entanto, nĆ£o abriu nenhum dia. - NĆ£o servem almoƧo no hotel, mas isso ninguĆ©m informa. HĆ” um cardĆ”pio no quarto mas nĆ£o serve para nada. - certa noite liguei no restaurante para fazer um pedido e nĆ£o atendiam. Pedi ajuda no ramal da recepĆ§Ć£o e disseram que nĆ£o podiam fazer nada, que eu deveria continuar tentando. (Entendo que a recepĆ§Ć£o deveria dar suporte ao hĆ³spede) Como a expectativa era sossego e contato com a natureza, fiquei bem satisfeita, mas sugeriria uma boa melhora no atendimento.

O hotel Ć© lindo, possui uma vista maravilhosa para o mar, ideal para quem busca tranquilidade. A manutenĆ§Ć£o do hotel deixa a desejar no quesito beleza e conforto dos quartos, pois faltam pequenos reparos, desde pintura a limpeza. A qualidade do colchĆ£o Ć© bem ruim, tĆ£o antigo que dava atĆ© pra sentir as molas. O valor do restaurante do hotel Ć© abusivo diante da qualidade da entrega, um porĆ§Ć£o de arroz com fritas e um pedaƧo de peixe ao molho nos custou R$62 (cada), um preƧo alto para uma comida simples e mal temperada. Vale ressaltar que o bar do hotel nĆ£o existe, como mencionado na descriĆ§Ć£o. Fazem propaganda de massagens e tratamentos faciais e corporais, todavia nĆ£o Ć© um serviƧo contratado diretamente com o hotel, somente Ć© disponibilizado o espaƧo para a massagem e o cliente que entra em contato com o prestador de serviƧo para agendar. Por fim, vale deixar um elogio aos funcionĆ”rios do hotel, muito simpĆ”ticos e receptivos.
