Expedia should remove this terrible product from their list. This place is dangerous and horribly filthy. Without a refund, I think Expedia is aiding in fraud and theft. I’m going to end my years of business with Expedia and find a travel site which actually vets the product and not helps in robbing the client.

This is a horrible hotel. They couldn’t fine our reservations upon arrival. Money lost completely. It’s was over $400 for a big family group. We were left without a place to stay for the night. The neighborhood at night is dangerous for tourists. Don’t book here. I don’t recommend it at all. Dont stay there

Upon arrival i was surprised tonfind out that the area was like a rundown slum where garbages were just lyingbon the street corners around the property. In the inside after getting a room the first thing i noticed is that there wasnt a queen size bed as i was told on the site, next the walls were dirty and the bedside tables in delapidated condition. The tv had no remote control. When i opened the balcony door i was greeted with a eye sore old building for a view. In the bathroom had a funky smell and yhe fixtures were partially rusty. No hot water and the face basin stained and dirty. I only spent 2 nights instead of the intended 10. I waited only until my spouse arrive the fallowing day to book somewhere else. The beach too was a mess of an attraction.. i met a displeased guess downstairs the morning i was leaving who herself was leaving because of deplorable conditions. She told me of an experience wherein a bed literally broke under the pressure of just sitting on it.

This place is terrible. They had lights and no power no TV I could not plug a cell phone in. I booked a family apartment and they showed me a room to rooms because the first one had no electricity neither did the second one, but he offered to run an extension cord which also didn’t work. He told me to contact Hotels.com that they would refund my money and one Hotels.com contacted them. They refused. I did not end up staying at the hotel and they stole my money very disappointed in Hotels.com for offering me $25 in one key cash when I used $23 in one key cash to book the room so really I’m only being compensated $2 when I lost $100

The overall building is in need of an overhaul. Stairs decaying. Door knobs rusted and difficult to operate. Room walls were filthy. Balcony doors broken glass making it hard to open them. No WiFi. Internet spotty. Shower curtain ripped. Shower sprayer bracket broken. No breakfast. Giant dead roaches in the closet. This hotel not meant for extended stay. Only good if just there for a couple of days to go to the beach. Website very misleading. Desk attendant was welcoming and hospitable. Very affordable stay due to lack of amenities.

The manager and staff were very welcoming. Excellent cold AC in the rooms very clean. Great view facing the beach. Easy parking in front of the property.

It was cheap and super bare bones. The beds were very clean and the staff helpful but the place itself is quite dismal. Toilet didn’t work until we turned on the water in it. Paint splatters in the bathroom… fridge was unplugged and smelly when opened. Outside was party time til very late so was very hard to sleep… but the staff was kind and communicative. It was ok on a budget.
