Noisy room at the back.

It was interesting to find that (according to the receptionist) Hotels.com had cancelled my reservation. Not something I wanted to hear after a lengthy drive to get there. The hotel fortunately had a vacant room I could book into, however it overlooked the very noisy Highway 101 at the back of the hotel so I didn't get much sleep. I was pleased to only be staying the one night there. It was a real shame as the hotel itself was fine and well presented.

The staff was very accomadating and friendly. They even lent us a step stool for a big van. The courtyard was beautiful and a great place to hang with family.

It is a clean, nuce hotel close to Santa Barbara, it is close wnough that you can commute back and force. Not much to do around the hotel perse, but in the hotel, pool was cosy enough. Food was decent. Personnel were nice

Between the low water pressure the cold showers and not getting the breakfast that was supposed to be included with my reservation I can't honestly give a good recommendation. The restaurant was closed and no willingness to provide any credit for those of us who explicitly booked because of the breakfast option.
