Pros: The facilities. The hotel is absolutely stunning. New, modern, and SO clean. We got the room with a full ocean view and it was gorgeous. The wraparound balcony was so fun. The pool is very nice, with a nice ocean view. Their rooftop pool is so fun & has a bar The bathroom had a window overlooking the ocean that opened up and you could hear the waves while showering Cons: The staff is very young - agewise and experience-wise. They all seem new and it shows in their hospitality. We tried 3 alcoholic beverages and they were some of the worst we’ve ever had. I finally ordered a margarita thinking how can you mess up a margarita? But that they did. I got it with no ice, in a martini glass, looking and tasting quite sad. The bar crew is in some deep need of training. We got the breakfast & dinner plan & I highly recommend you skip. The breakfast was average, but the dinner was just sad and repetitive and often cold. If you are looking to visit the popular calas on social media, they are all quite far from this location. One day we opted to just hang out at the beach by the hotel to avoid driving and we were very disappointed. There was so much trash in the ocean. Plastic bags, plastic bottles, kids running unsupervised with full bags of food in the ocean which were then falling in & creating more trash.

I liked the food at the restaurant which was included in the Half Board option however there were limited variety and you have to pay for water at dinner which is a bit odd. Ended up getting double charged and the refund was less than the charge. Pretty sure it was a angry move from staff after we complained about the hidden SPA fees & dinner drinks.

Magnificent MiM Hotel!

We stayed recently for 6 nights B&B and loved it! Hotel is very modern, clean and relaxed. Staff are super helpful, we were able to check in early and offered complimentary shower facilities after check out as we had a late flight. Roof top pool and sky bar offer amazing views too. Would highly recommend 👍

Great stay during corona times

Great hotel, totally updated, very clean. Comfortable rooms. Rooftop and ground level pool. Walking distance to two different beaches. Great to see sunrise from balcony. Breakfast buffet was tasty. Not many people around due to corona, but they did their best. I would stay again.

Best hotel in town!

Couldn't have been more impressed with this oasis of contemporary looking hotel! The decor and quality of everything was first class...very smart. The staff were super personable, especially on check in Albert was amazing. The room was just ace, with little touches you would normally get at a 5 star venue. Had buffet breakfast, lots of choice. Main pool excellent, not just a shallow pool, one to have a real good swim if you wanted. Highly recommended!

Top hotel with superb views

Such a great holiday at this hotel. The sattic roof top pool/bar area was the icing on the cake with live acoustic music. Would definitely come back. Hotel staff were great and friendly and the food was delicious too.

nice small hotel with a good potential

it seems to be a rather new hotel in S'Illot right by the beach close to numerous bars and restaurants. The hotel restaurant serves great food with lots of options both for breakfast and dinner. When it is warm it should be nice to spend time by the beach. Cycling is a great thing to do as well if you are up to it. WiFi in the hotel works with technical problems happening from time to time. I was given a room facing the building next door (no view) even though it seems there are plenty of rooms available with a great view, and the hotel was only 60% full at the time. What is really special about the hotel is local food/drinks tasting sessions. This is a great way for guests to learn about local traditions in Mallorca, and Pedro does a great job organizing these events at around 4-5pm daily.
