There are only 4 people that made our stay feel great. Those individuals were the following: >Rodrigo from the pool area, he was so friendly and always had a drink in my hands before i even ask him.He recommend a few things in the menu and drinks; and he did not disappoint. >Neftaly the DJ was amazing kept us entrained with the music and suggested a few spots and activities in the resort. >Gonzalo from the Rissoto restaurant was amazing great service and amazing attitude he recommended a drink that i will forever remember it was incredible. >Socorro from the Grill was amazing, friendly, great service and amazing attitude. >The only one thing that kept this from being an amazing experience was the Oriental restaurant Ayami. In reality it was one server his name was Jesus. We went there 2 times and both times he has a bad attitude, was rushing is trough our order, got our orders mixed up, forgot one of our dishes, and lastly he for got to fill our cups and bring one of our dishes. We waited for an order of sushi for 15-20 min and never got it so we left.

1. Pool service limited at kids pool. 2. Restaurants were ok need to expand offerings. 3. Don’t like cleaning surcharge added. 4. Grounds need maintenance like broken landscaping lights, pool tiles coming loose, cracked pool bar ledge, most pool tvs not working or missing. 5. Room service should be part of all inclusive. 6. Not as personal service as we have had in the past. 7. Timeshare presentation being pushed. 8. Need a better selections of beers. 9. Need a faster checkin process. 10. Restaurant very slow for breakfast service.

I like how nice the staff is. They all try their best to help even when they are very visit I wish it’ll have more transportation service to go shopping or to visit other places besides the tours. But otherwise I came back home very happy hopping to come back.

Amazing attentive staff!! Online app glitches with room services tho. It’s hit or miss. Sometimes you get your order within 10 mins or never. But, there are plenty of options on the grounds that I never felt lacking. Asian restaurant was so good we went back for the second time!

I would have given this property a higher rate, but I was dissatisfied with the check in/check out staff. The staff throughout the property serving were beyond amazing. Alan, Alex, Bryan and Erick made this trip extraordinary. Their friendliness and attentiveness was beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, the lobby staff checking in/checking out is why I’d have to rate this average. When I checked in, I was overlooked by someone I was talking to. It couldn’t have been a misunderstanding. I’m in Mexico. I speak fluent Spanish. Lady started helping someone else just because she couldn’t find my reservation. I had pulled up my confirmation, too. So…that was my first impression. Then when I checked out, a very nice lady told me where to stand in line. I waited in line to check out for about 20-30 minutes and some other lady from another line cuts in front of me. I looked at the man at the counter, and he started helping her. I told the lady I had been in line and she said she was next. I asked the man at the counter why he helped her instead of me; I wasn’t far. I was clearly next in line. To top of off, he didn’t have the decency to not talk about me with another coworker as I’m standing a few feet away. And that…was my last impression.
