We did not receive upgrade. In the airport i was part of the medical mission trip and i specifically have requested transport from the medical mission group and they sent us a transport. However, the hotel somehow found our travel itinerary and sent transport and charged us extra while we have arranged our own transport. at night time they have people playing tennis in the courts, we went there to watch and they sent an employee and told us that we will be charged for electricity if we stay in the courts!

Overall nothing out of this world. Worth what you pay for. The hotel’s overall appeal is old and stuck in the 80s. The security is a little to on guard even at the pool area. Breakfast would change too much and would have such random meals.
