Having to pay a 200$ deposit for a room on top of the room cost and the sheets having pee and blood stains is a little ridiculous.

Room was clean , there were NO bugs , it was quiet. staff was so friendly and helpful and professional. I didn’t like that there is no breakfast, the hot tub was cold and the gym bathroom was dirty and smelled aweful.

The hotel room look antiquated but the bed is comfortable. The room comes with a fridge and microwave. Towels are plentiful. Staff is friendly. Too bad there is no continental breakfast.

I was unaware they could cancle my Paid! Room after 1am. I reserved the room for after a nught of dancing and clubs close their doors at 2ish. We lost our reservation even though we showed up and then they chaged us 1 more night and early fee. Worst customer service and policy. A paid room is a paid room. I do expect a refund soon.
