Really a nice well kept place. Disappointed the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Would be nice to have a place for a drink but this place is what it is and it was perfect for what we needed.

Very happy.

Very clean, felt save, good warm breakfast, comfortable bed and bedding. Love they give you multiple fluffy pillows. Have cribs. We would deffintly stay their again. Close to pleanty off food options.

Great breakfast and lovely staff!

This place looks tired for a Best Western. The carpet is ripped and tattered. It appeared most rooms were occupied so they should be able to afford a facelift. Breakfast was very good and my room was very clean.

This is a treat for a traditional Silicon Valley hotel at this price point. The staff is top notch and the facilities are more than adequate. Great proximity to the international airport. I travel to the area frequently and I will stay here again :-)

Hotel quiet, breakfast buffet great, good choice of hot food, room clean, comfortable, enjoyed the pool. Got free bottled water and free bottle of wine on check-in. Don't know why people complained about trains going past, I liked the sound of the horns tooting, they couldn't be heard at night. Karen

As a single female traveler I felt very unsafe at this hotel. There are 7 buildings with 50 or so rooms each. I asked for a room near the pool/cafe area. The clerk gave me a room behind the cafe where the dumpsters are. The area was dark, there was junk stored in a corner, I couldn’t find the elevator. Two guys were doing drugs as I was parking. I went back and told the clerk I didn’t feel safe. She tells me that’s all she has. She finally gives me a room in the last building. It felt like a different zip code. My room is in the back of the last building facing a construction site. The lighting is not very good, the elevator was hard to find. I booked the hotel for 2 nights but left after the first night. I will never book this hotel again.

Property was clean and well manicured and room was in good condition. Only issue was bathroom was a bit small and far away from a master bedroom to be fully functional and adequate.
