I will never stay here again. My flight got in late and it had been a hot day. The air was turned off in the room so it was about 90 degrees. They had to reboot it to work. It took awhile to cool down. There were bugs coming out of the wall. The television wasn’t connected and the WiFi didn’t work. Horrible experience for a short business trip. Never again.

Drove 5 hrs. from Reno, NV on the night of 09/10/25 for an appointment in the morning of 09/11/24. Upon arrival at 11:45 at this dump the very rude person at the check in window told us that our pre-paid room on Expedia was not available and the hotel was full. He told us the whole area was booked and offered no help in finding another room. We will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again, nor will we EVER use Expedia for booking any of our travel!

Just need some more lighting in the parking lot. Breakfast is amazing with hard boiled eggs orange juice on top of bread and cereal. Will stay here again

The management is very nice and accommodating. The room was large, the bed mattress is comfortable. There is a microwave, refrigerator, desk with chair for working, and a clean pool with chairs. If you do not have a wifi hot spot, there is free internet. There is onsite security at night. I stayed here for 3 weeks of work. If you are still at the Days Inn at 7:00 am, there is cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and toast. There was no orange juice or cranberry juice, however there is coffee. I personally did not drink the coffee but instead purchased elsewhere. I would recommend to others.

Refrigerator broken. Froze all my groceries. Maintenance came and said they fixed it. Next day my new groceries frozen solid again. Management didn’t offer to reimburse me, or offer a discount on the room.

It was a bad experience, we couldn't rest on our business trip, the beds were in very bad condition, there were cockroaches, nothing is like they advertise in the photos, we came to a Days Inn, it should be fine and it wasn't, we didn't have a good time there

Don’t stay here

Cockroaches, 1 in my bed, blackout drapes off hook and had holes where bright light directly shined making room like daylight at night. Paint peeling off ceiling and falling off above shower. Room had so many blotches if different wall paint to cover up dings that it should have been repainted in it’s entirety. Stated breakfast however it was more of a continental breakfast without juice. Needs a good remodel.
