Very nice hotel, stayed in the family room which had plenty of room. We went all inclusive which had a good choice of food, if you didn’t go all inclusive you would struggle to find many restaurants in the San Agustin area you would need to go further afield

We stayed in the hotel for a half-term break. We had a nice and enjoyable week. The accommodation was clean and tidy, we stayed in a family room which was spacious and well equipped for a family. The hotel facilities are good, but many are not available for under sixteens. The pool area can get crowded. But overall the hotel was good. The staff were polite and attentive.

We had a one-week amazing stay on the second floor with our own balcony. The room was very inviting and the many activity facilities of the hotel was enough for us to always stay stimulated. Very friendly staff. Would warmly recommend.

Couldn’t really fault the hotel. I had the most amazing time as a solo traveller. My room was really spacious and had everything you could need. My hairdryer was broken but fixed within a few hours of drawing attention to it. The entertainment team were great for the daily activities, the water aerobics were difficult as the pool was too deep though. Food was good, lots of choice and the staff were friendly and efficient. If I could pick anything for improvement it would be to replenish the milk and coffee in the room as I ran out and to better advertise what entertainment was on during the day and evening and where. I missed all the yoga and stretching as didn’t realise it was on until the last day and only realised there was daytime activities from being in the right place at the right time.

Overall the hotel and facilities were ok. I noticed a dried up contact lense on the bathroom floor from the previous occupant, so cleaning could have been better. I paid for my stay on arrival and was asked again to pay when leaving. Upon informing them I had paid and showing them the bank transaction I was treated rather rudley with no one seeming to believe me despite the clear proof. This was clearly a mistake they had made and rather than an appolgy and thanking me for my stay they simply informed me I could leave. Reception staff could work on their manners. Ruined what was othwise an alright time.

We loved our stay at Gloria Palace. All staff were so helpful & courteous, Alicia who cleaned our rooms was fabulous. Staff in the Restaurant were also top class, impeccable, kind, courteous & so very helpful. We have never stayed anywhere like this, but we really look forward to coming back next year!!! Amazing resort, highly recommended!!!
