Excellent location and guest service. Only downside is not enough parking. We were lucky to find a parking spot but we were driving for a couple of minutes waiting for someone to leave so we could park. But other than than Hampton did not disappoint. Breakfast was good and tasty.

The room was nice and spacious. The shower area was beeding slight maintenance. Bed was comfy. Parking is minimal and located in a semi abandoned part of downtown. Breakfast wouldve been good but the peraon in charge was unorganized and not prepared causing a long wait while other food items were running out. Overall a decent stay

My stay was great! The front desk staff was very helpful. The breakfast staff she made me feel at home and super helpful, my room temperature did get a bit warm at night but maintenance came and help with it right away. I would definitely stay again soon❤️

The stay was wonderful. Its on a busy corner filled with traffic, but very quiet inside even when your eating breakfast you can not hear the noise from outside. We will stay here again and so close to everything in downtown area.

Very nice stay. Loved the shower gel, shampoo, etc already on the wall for use, reasy to go. Very close to the neighborhood HEB market, that was a big plus.

Exceeded all expectations. First floor King Size had 10-12ft ceilings which really opened up the room- clean, safe, easy parking and great location given that HEB Local Market is right across the street. The breakfast was good, and the gym was very well equipped for a hotel. Be prepared for a $11 a day parking charge and $100 incidental hold per stay - very convenient

It was a good stay. Until about 3 hours after i checked out. I received a call from a lady (guessing its the manager) that we did not pay for our room. Well when i checked in, paid the $25 for incidentals the front desk told me i was good to go. (They had my card on file and she had my card too so im sure she ran it. When i checked out, i was told that i was good to go as well. Asked me if i wanted a receipt, and i declined it because i never get receipts when i stay at a hotel. This was my 1st and LAST time staying at this hotel. Wlel manager said i did not pay for me room. Even though my bank statement shows it was made. Gave me attitude ovwr the phone. Threatened me to call SAPD to charge me with theft. And said me having to pay was my problem instead of saying they effed up somewhere and was thwir problem.
