Shower faucet did not open had to use a screwdriver to open it. On check out when i told the front desk lady got aggressive began to yell and did not show any reapect.

Went on vacation for my wedding anniversary, room was spacious, door handle to spare bedroom was loose, hair dryer was partially melted, and the tv in living room didn’t work the whole stay (3 nights) after speaking to three different receptionist about problems. I also asked for rooms to be cleaned, it wasn’t. I told the receptionist I don’t feel that I should have to pay full price for amenities I never received. Worst experience I ever had in a hotel stay.
