I booked a king size bed. When i checked in they gave me a 2 queen beds room. When i went back and talk to the guy at the front desk he said they were all sold out of king room. Yet the place was empty and they were still taking bookings for king bed rooms. Its dissapointing when you dont get what you paid for. The place definitely needs a good deep cleaning.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed in the accessible room was too high for me to get into from my wheelchair. We also requested late checkout (12:00 noon) when we checked in and the desk personnel told us it would be fine. However, we were kicked out of the room before 11 am and told late check out was not allowed. It would be nice if the front desk personnel and the clean crew communicated.

Room and property was clean and the lobby smells wonderful in the mornings. I liked that there’s an ottoman for the chair in my room. The chair could be softer, but it worked.

I would 10/10 stay here again. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. I've hit a bad batch of hotels lately with either dirty rooms and bad smells or even damage. This place was nice with a very professional staff.

Great staff

The staff made the stay for my family comfortable due to me being in the hospital. We have stayed here several times over lea last few months and have been very happy... thanks to all the staff. I did leave something there on one of my stays and whas not turned in... my fault for leaving it. Thanks anyway
