The staff was great. The hotel is not up to par with other hotels . They are taking advantage of COVID 19 scare to this date. There is no room service unless asked for. I was there a week and managed to get room service (1) time. I travel for almost 3 months straight this rime of year. This is the only hotel still taking advantage of COVID scare and to cheap to pay employees to do daily room service as expected by the traveling public.

We don’t expect fancy but cleanliness is a must.

Bathroom sink drain was broken and did not drain. If the floors were vacuumed/swept & mopped, it wasn’t well. Comforters were stained. Both beds had hair & lint inside of sheets. Tv in room did not have any watchable shows.

Staff was nice. It was clear that there was only 1 staff person onsite. The whole interior was very dimly lit, lobby, hallways, everything. Owner should invest in brighter lightbulbs. Neighborhood is not very safe. I was solicited for drugs/prostitution multiple times.

This place was great, we just went when the keys were being changed, so we had trouble getting into our room, other than that place was great, staff was nice, and the area is just mid I mean it’s Salt Lake can’t ask for much. Would go again tho
