Superb property
We were pleasantly surprised at the house which was in very good decorative order, lovely and cool as all rooms had air conditioning, well equipped with everything we needed including a gas barbecue, shops were very close to hand and well stocked. The local restaurants/bars were great (especially Touk Touk). We chose to travel without a car and found that bus stops and the train station were within easy reach. Caution, the buses are infrequent and stop early in the evening and trains also do not stop very often but with a bit of planning and a few timetables we explored the whole area from Antibes, Juan le Pins, Frejus and even used a ferry to cross to Saint Tropez. The coast in Saint Raphael is just stunning with crystal clear sea. We really enjoyed or stay and plan to return.

Traumhafte Zeit am Meer
Ein wirklich sehr nett eingerichtetes Haus mit viel Platz auf dem Balkon (mit Blick auf das Meer) und im Garten. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt im Haus! Bei sommerlichem Wetter konnten wir in der Nachsaison die Gegend in Ruhe genießen. Vielen Dank!

Vacances en bord de mer
Vacances de rêve en bord de mer dans cette maison tout confort et décorée avec goût. Rien ne manque notamment pour cuisiner. La terrasse vue mer est un bonheur. Plage avec sentier côtier juste en face de la maison à moins de 100 mètres. Nous avons déjà envie d'y revenir. Catherine nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, nous la remercions encore et nous lui présentons nos excuses pour avoir oublié une poubelle dans la cuisine. Nous sommes vraiment désolée de cet oubli. Nous attachons beaucoup d'importance à l'hygiène et la maison est impeccable.

Très belle maison face à la mer à Boulouris
Située seulement à quelques mètres de la plage de la Pescade, la maison est spacieuse, décorée avec goût, très bien équipée (internet fibre THD) et lumineuse. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Catherine la propriétaire des lieux qui est très sympathique. Nous avons pu profiter du soleil le matin sur la terrasse et prendre notre petit déjeuner en tshirt en ce debut du mois mars. Un très beau séjour et nous recommandons la maison.

Ankommen und wohlfühlen
Wir hatten 2 wunderbare Wochen in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten und super ausgestatteten Haus. Catherine und Walter sind wunderbare Gastgeber und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Super emplacement
On a passé un très bon séjour ici. Bien emplacement pour la plage de Pescade en face, St Raphaël et Fréjus à quelques minutes en voiture. Cannes une heure en voiture par la corniche est immanquable. Facile à voir Bagnoles en Forêt, Tourrettes, Fayence, Montauroux. Maison bien organisée, propre et équipée. Literie confortables.Jardin clos pour notre chien. On recommande cette maison sans doute

Schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus direkt am Strand!
Wir haben unsere Woche am Meer sehr genossen. Die Übernahme lief sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ab. Das Ferienhaus ist noch schöner und größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist ein Traum, es ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alle technischen Geräte funktionieren tadellos und sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Auch der Garten ist wunderschön. Es gibt verschiedene Liegebereiche, um entspannen zu können. Für Freizeitaktivitäten stehen Taucherbrillen, Tischtennisplatte, Fahrräder... zur Verfügung. Von der Terasse aus, sieht man das Meer. Einfach die Straße überqueren und schon ist man am Strand. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Herbstferien Boulouris
Dieses Ferienunterkunft ist gut eingerichtet und geeignet für Kleinfamilie. Das kleine Zimmer mit den Doppestockbetten ist sehr klein (eher eine Abstellkammer). Sehr schöner Sitzplatz hinter dem Haus (geeignet für heisse Jahreszeit). Wir haben meist den vorderen sonnigen Balkon benutzt im Oktober. Der Doppeleinfamilienhausteil liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Residenz mit mehreren Häusern. De kleine Strand über der Strasse ist zum Baden nicht so geeignet. Es hat aber viele schöne Strände in der Nähe. Ein kleiner Supermarkt liegt in Fussgängerreichweite. Die Gastgeber Walter und Catherine sind sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit. Walter spricht sehr gut Deutsch, Catherine Französisch. Sie haben uns persönlich empfangen und uns mit dem Haus und Garten vertraut gemacht. Abgabe ebenfalls perfekt abgelaufen. Prachtig fijn huis op top locatie
Een mooi ingericht huis zowel binnen als buiten, voelt als een thuis! Van alle gemakken voorzien. Catherine en Walter zijn super vriendelijk, bij aankomst zelf een flesje rosé, hoe leuk is dat als begin van je vakantie! Tevens veel tips voor mooie adresjes en uitstapjes. De locatie is ook echt top net een uit de drukte met strand direct aan de overkant en diverse leuke restaurantjes niet ver van het huis vandaan en kleine 10 minuutjes van St. Raphael. Ook fijn dat onze hond welkom was.

Super sauber und alles da was man braucht. Wir hatten einen sehr herzlichen Empfang und auch nochmals herzlichen Dank an Catherine und Walter. Nicht nur wir, auch unser Hund hat sich wohl gefühlt; leider vergeht eine Woche viel zu schnell. Die Lage ist top, alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Die kleine Bucht direkt vor dem Haus ist schon ne Wucht, relaxed, sauber und, zumindest Anfang Mai, nicht überlaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Schönes Haus und tolle Lage
Catherine und Walter sind zwei liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Danke! Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass es eine lange Balkonterrasse Richtung Meer gibt und einen charmanten Garten hinter dem Haus. Auch der kleine Hof ist bei stärkerem Wind zum Sonnenbaden gut zu nutzen. Im sehr nahe gelegenen Petit Casino habe ich täglich eingekauft, kleines und gutes Sortiment. Auch super waren die vielen deutschen Fernsehkanäle und der gut funktionierende DVD-Player. Die Badebucht ist sehr hübsch und der - ein wenig abenteuerliche - Kletterweg am Strand entlang ist empfehlenswert => am Vormittag losgehen, bei Ebbe, weil bei Flut ein Teil unter Wasser ist. Alles sehr empfehlenswert und sympathisch! Gut habe ich noch ein Verdunklungstuch mitgenommen, da die Storen im braunen Zimmer ein wenig Licht durchlassen. Vielen Dank, liebe Catherine und Walter 😊.
