This is our third (fourth?) time at this property and we got to first time experience their bizarre policy of switching the Internet password without notification. Worse yet the front desk staff didn't know the policy. No big deal, but weird. The property still needs a face lift, the roads in/out especially; ugly potholes, etc. The room was fine, the staff did their best...

La chambre écono voyageur la SAGUENÉENNE
Au tout début, un peu problématique dû à un bogue informatique nos cartes d'accès de chambre ne fonctionnaient pas, donc à 3 reprises. Heureusement, nous avons été bien pris en charge rapidement. Surprise de la tranquilité paisible. Coté propreté, juste le bain, j'étais confuse à savoir si cerné ou taché. Personnel courtois.

The reservation and check-in were easy and perfect. We were delighted with the service, menu choices, and food prep at the Tomahawk restaurant. We were disappointed that for the price of the room, breakfast was not included.

Chambre et service de piètre qualité
Nous sommes arrivés et la chambre n’était même pas prête! Essayez de faire comprendre à 2 enfants de 2 ans et moins qu’on doit attendre dans l’auto parce que l’hôtel n’est pas prête!! Une fois arrivée nous nous sommes rendus compte que les lits n’avaient même pas été lavés. Il y avait pleins de cheveux et de graines dans les draps!!

Malheureusement, une vingtaine de motos partaient bruyamment chaque matin entre 7h et 9h30 près de notre chambre et nous réveillait. Visiblement c'était un groupe de motocyclistes qui était client de l'hôtel et n'avait pas l'intention de mal faire. Mais c'était quand même très bruyant.

Room not very clean
The room was not very clean and the sheets needed to be changed on one bed. They looked very gray and dull. I did not feel that the room was cleaned properly.
