This house is very comfy and about 2 miles from LA Tech, very close to downtown, also. Very close to Ruston sports complex. 1 king, 2 queen beds and a blow up mattress if needed. 4 smart TVs. House has everything you will need. Do allow pets with the $60 pet fee. No smoking, of any kind

Ideal family space
Very simple, clean, and organized space ideal for a family stay. We enjoyed a using the grill to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, the dogs loved the backyard, and we did not have to leave to do laundry after our week long stay. Host was very accomodating for check in and through I ut our stay.

Kids moving for LA Tech
House was just as advertised. Everything was clean and pleasant. A few snacks were left when we arrived which is great when arriving late. Logan left the lights on outside since we would be arriving late. Close to LA Tech which is good if you have students attending. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean Close Hideaway
