Welcome to Oak View's guest house! Located just 6 minutes from the town of Round Top. This newly renovated, private oasis can sleep up to 10 if booked with the main house. Take a swim in the pool during the day, and relax by the fire pit in the evening. This listing is a 2 bed, 2 bath sleeping up to 4 people. Please note that you may be sharing amenities with the main house guest.

This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!

Guests will have access to only the guest house. Shared amenities- pool, grill, and fire pit.

- Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

-Pool: is NOT fenced. Please consider this when booking with children.

-This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay in the Main House. The pool, fire pit, and grill is shared between the two houses.

-It is possible for the main house to be booked during your stay. If you would like to book the entire property, please send us a message or find the additional listing!

-All guests must sign a waiver upon arriving to the property.

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
