Very close to the train and bus station but around the hotel groups of guys are always loitering. It feels unsafe specially at night if you are by yourself l would not recommend this place. Room was ok but there was stains on the duvet. Very average.

Hotel room is different than what was shown while booking, however it had all facilities as listed. Room is very old, broken cup board and few kitchen amenities . And there were some odd smell in the wash room. We asked for additional quilt since the heater was not on during our stay and the quilt provided was very small not sufficient for 2 people and the request was denied. Coming to the location, it is near to termini station but outside the hotel always there are few people having drinks and smoking. Not an ideal place and not safe during the evening or late evening. I would not recommend this place to stay

We picked this hotel because it was near the train station, but the condition of the hotel is poor and neighborhood is sketchy. Building: no elevator. Living room: the sofa bed in the living room was pulled out and made for 4 travelers. Since it was just the two of us, we put the sofa bed away. Oh man, it was so disgusting underneath, as if they have never put it away to clean for years. Bathroom: one roll of toilet paper for 2 travelers to share for 3 nights stays. Sink leaked and slipped on the puddle. One of the window hinges was broken so the window just hung dangerously. No soap/shampoo in shower. Kitchen: there is a coffee pot but no coffee or coffee mug.

The area has both its pros and cons. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Termini train station which was great. It’s also a sketchy area. The hotel it self felt safe and had no issues. Just wouldn’t recommend on being outside after dark. Our room was big and comfortable. Only complain was that the bed was really squeaky. Couldn’t even move without making loud noises. Overall I would stay there again.

The neighborhood is crowded with people who seem to do nothing there. The absence of Staff on daily basis and unavailability after midnight does not improve the feeling for safety. The room was great. However, on the basis of the first impressions of the neighborhood, with urine on the main gate makes me decide to never again show up there.

We arrived at 8 PM. There is no staff after 4 PM but they did provide good instructions with the key codes by email beforehand. Their communication was friendly and complete; however, The area and the amenities fell short of the descriptions. The neighbourhood was very disturbing with a lot of garbage and scary people around the sidewalks, which made us feel unsafe. Upon entry to the property, the area was not well lit and there was no lighting at all above the first floor and i used my iPhone to illuminate the hallway to find my door. This was terrible. There's no elevator so we had to find our way up two flights of stairs in the dark. The room itself is basic and old but it appeared to be quite clean. There were ample towels and clean linen on the beds and it was ready for us . Unfortunately, the room door had no additional locking mechanism on the inside to help us feel secure that no one could open the door while we slept. In fact, I had to stack some chairs to block the door just so we felt safe sleeping. This was not what I expected when we booked. Admittedly, I did not read the reviews and was only thinking about the convenience of the location. It is just a very short walk to the train terminal and that was very convenient. The room was too warm and the air conditioning was inadequate. I did not feel like this was good value and I would not stay there again nor recommend it.

Room did not look anything like the room pictured on Expedia. Horrible location, seems very unsafe. Homeless people on the street, sketchy men walking around. Mattress was stained, pillows were disgusting, bathroom was horrible. Would not recommend at all, especially for a family. Pay the extra money and book somewhere safe.
