Arrived to find our room dirty, belongings from former visitors, and ROACHES! We immediately notified the front desk we would not be staying minutes after arriving and still fighting for a full refund. There are a lot of better options close by with comparable prices. We ended up at the Holiday Inn Express which was clean and bug free!
Staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room, however left a lot to be desired: the safety lock was missing from the room's door, th mattress topper had several brown stains and was itchy and lastly, a tiny brown insect was found on my PJs which may be connected to the itching? I typically stay here when traveling to the area, but this visit has made me rethink doing so in the future.
Liked easy access from I-95 interstate, nearby restaurants and shopping. The room and amenities were fine except the very LOW water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower. Overall, a pleasant stay away from home.

The front desk staff was awesome. Orbitz messed up my reservation and then rebooked the wrong type of room that we purchased, but the woman at the front desk was awesome and accommodating.
Great location right off I-95 in quiet and safe area with dining and shopping nearby. I was only there for one night, but I stay here when travel takes me to the area. The room was very clean and nicely apportioned with amenities.

We always had a great experience with country inn. But this time, the front lady clerk was miserable, i mean MISERABLE. not welcoming the customers. She should not be there, the front of the house. That's where everyone sees your establishment.
