The Jefferson lived up to our high expectations from the moment we arrived until our departure. The front desk was welcoming, efficient, and informative. The dining options were perfect; we especially enjoyed the selections for breakfast. The room was large, bright, and well-provisioned. Staff at all locations and levels was attentive and friendly.
