The buffet was great, but the room was moldy, and we had to request a room change. We had two rooms in total, and the lock on the second room’s door was broken—it was never fixed. Be aware that you cannot bring food or drinks into your room, and if you’re caught, there’s a $200 USD fine. This means bringing your own alcohol is strictly prohibited, which is ridiculous considering we’re paying to stay at a resort, not a prison. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is in serious need of maintenance. It also looks like half of it is still under construction. We stayed in the “Luxury Tower,” but the only luxury aspect was the balcony view of the beach. If you’re expecting a five-star experience, lower your expectations to a 2-3 star level, and you’ll be fine. Good luck!

This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, I would warn English speakers that this hotel can be a bit of a struggle as it didn’t seem there were many staff with English skills. Not a bad thing at all, just want to note that you shouldn’t expect fluent English at all times. Additionally, this hotel does not allow Grab on the property. In order to leave, you need to book a private car or ask the front desk to hire a taxi. The taxis are outrageously priced — ours asked for 150,000 VND for a 2km ride and eventually he settled for 100,000 which is still WAY beyond baseline. The town nearby has some cute cafes and beach access, but is obviously much more limited than downtown Quy Nhon, which is a 20-30 minute ride. Also to note, we were informed by a local guide that FLC properties displaced a fishing village in order to build their resort, and I don’t think I would’ve stayed here if I had known that beforehand. In short, only stay here if you don’t plan to do any excursions or exploration outside hotel property.

The best part of this hotel is being quiet outside of the city. The beach is private and the pool was fantastic. The hotel has a few activities but could use a few more options for couples traveling. I was very pleased with this stay.

Do not visit unless you have a good weather forecast or you are a mad keen golfer. It can be very windy even in good weather. The staff interactions were either very good or poor at best. The walkways to rooms are open to rain and wind so walk carefully. The room set-up was awkward with reasonable hanging space but little in the way of drawers which would have been very useful. The fridge also contains the mini bar so there is limited storage of customer food (be very careful bringing in any outside food!). More hooks on the walls in the bathroom would have helped to keep clothes organised when showering. Be careful of balconies as the fitting we had for the glass were looking very worse for wear. Some of the food at our very different settings was good but most dishes were slow and somewhat small portions. Use the hotel transport option to transition from the airport or train. Our highlight though was the excellent massages in the day spa! Overall a disappointing and uncomfortable experience even allowing for the poor weather.

The hotel is very nice but too far from everything but they have shuttle service to city and some place but still not convenient. Every night we go to bed at 7 pm because nothing to do there .

For the transportation from airport to hotel & back, they didn’t provided , When I stepped on their shuffle bus on airport, they kidded me out because I wasn’t booked from them . Also they wee demanded extra money around $ 35 for both ( round trip from airport to hotel ) I already talked to David ( he is general manager) but he were ignored. I was so disappointed

We paid extra bed 950k per night, but they treat us as double room, every thing is twice except 3 beds. The towels , blankets ... looks dirty make customers uncomfortable to use. I was there for my holiday but they asked me to spend 2 hours for ticket promotion.

5 Star Pool and Beach but that's all

5 Star pool and beach. 3 Star room and other amenities. Good thing was 3 Star price so good value for money. Beach was beautiful wide and had excellent shaded seating. Pool was large and well kept with the lounge chairs first rate and well spaced you weren't on top of the other guests. Staff wasn't the friendliest I have ever encountered I don't know of a 5 Star hotel that has bus tours and allows guests to wear wet bathing suits in the lobby. Having said the above the hotel caters to the locals and they seemed to enjoy. Room furniture was shabby. Balcony was large but lacked the right seating

This hotel doesn't educate and train it's hotelier

I went this hotel on last Saturday to Sunday. When I checked-in, it takes too long time because hoteliers are very unskilled... Also when I checked-out at 5:50am, I said to hotelier that I have to go airport hurry so that she said that it would take 1~2min for room-check... But I wait more than 10 min and said again "I am in hurry", but she used her mobile phone... After 15 min, she gave me room charge receipt for room service and 2 coke.... I was angry for too late and I just signed receipt... In Taxi, I saw that receipt, it was around USD 300. I called my guide, let guide call to claim... She and this hotel didn't know that they made big big mistakes before my guide let them know... I am U.S. Attorney and I will come back after 3 weeks later... I plan to sue this company and make this company punished...
