Come enjoy the sunshine at Crescent Bar, and all it has to offer in our beautifully updated, very cozy, clean, and family friendly condo. All new flooring & carpet, paint, linens, and mostly new appliances and furnishings throughout, including beds and split AC units. A true haven for relaxation after a day of fun in the sun!

Swim in the huge, heated pool (one of the 2 largest in the state), soak in the hot tub, and let the little ones play in the kiddie pool. Or just lounge and play on the well maintained and fully fenced grounds with 800' Basalt Cliffs in the background. There is also EV charging, golf cart parking, and boat parking available (for a fee).

Just outside the complex take the kids to the park, play at the beach, launch your boat/watercraft (or rental of your preference) at one of the 2 state-of-the-art boat launches, play golf, explore the trails, visit the wineries, and take a trolly to attend a concert at The Gorge. There is so much to do while soaking up the sunshine in beautiful Crescent Bar.

After Summer we are still convenient to fishing, hunting, and we are only 45 minutes from Mission Ridge Ski Resort. We love the peace and tranquility in the winter, and the sun is usually always shining here.

Friend Getaway Sprinkled with a Concert at the Gorge
Very clean, updated and comfortable condo, complete with complimentary snacks and delicious coffee from the host. The perfect getaway for a group of friends who don’t mind recreating a slumber-party type sleeping atmosphere. The separation of the shower and toilet from the vanity sink area worked well for us, as well as the floor to ceiling wall length mirrors in the one bedroom- for us all to get ready. Directions were clear and concise for the stay and Diana made herself very available should any questions come up. The location was just a short amble from a great scenic walking path along the river and to stores. The pool was busy but a great atmosphere for a fun day before the concert, with the condo having all the floaties and fun items available to borrow. We searched for a place that was nice and comfortable for our “getting too old for just crashing at the first place we find” but still wanted the outdoor amenities, and the ability to cook our own healthy meals and this place really exceeded our expectations! We would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location in condo complex right next to boat launch. Great communication and organization by property owner. Nice comfortable, clean furniture, well stocked with kitchen items and basics we didn’t think to bring. Multiple coffee flavors and a gift basket with snacks and wine upon arrival. Comfortable beds with newer linens. Washer/dryer. Condo stayed at 68 degrees during 98 degrees outside. Newer barbecue ready to go. 5 minute walk to coffee shop, pizza, and variety store. Across the road from full 9 hole golf, and 2 minute drive to a fun par 3 course. Would return.

This is our second time staying in this unit. Love it! It's not large but we spent all our time outside at the beautiful pool. So nice and quiet and relaxing. The unit is stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Love the pool floats. Great AC for this hot place. The area around this complex is gorgeous. Very close to the river and local golf course. Bring your groceries because no local store or anywhere good to eat out.

Perfect Oasis near Gorge
Four friends ventured to Gorge area for three days of concerts. This condo was everything we needed. Extremely organized, clean, great communication with Diana, convenient. We were worried a bit on how to get key, codes, etc.. but due to explicit details…we had no problems! Manual had everything we needed to know. Beds comfortable. We had zero issues-just know it’s on second floor..good exercise! Would return again! Thanks!!

Terrific condo with all the amenities. Worked out perfectly for our group of friends getting away for swimming pool fun in the sun and an evening concert at The Gorge. Shuttle to the concert picked us up at the condo for a safe round trip. Everything we needed was waiting for us at the condo. The host was great communicating details and making it easy to check in and out. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful little utopia in the desert
Me + Friends (8 guys total) stayed from Thursday to Sunday. We had a really great time. Property: The property is a ring of condos around a grass field with a swimming pool + hot tub. The grass is really well kept, and it's a really pleasant contrast from the dry desert outside the condo walls. It's great for playing sports The unit itself consists of a downstairs common area, master bedroom & an upstairs sleep area. There are 4 beds + couch + fold out padding for sleeping so some people have the option of doubling up or sleeping on the ground. The unit's kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, pots/pans/plates etc. There was a fire TV on a giant screen downstairs as well. Really ideal for lounging around. There's also really good wifi (eero 6!) if you need to work remotely, like I did. Communication: I can't praise Diana enough for her responsiveness & willingness to help. Recommendation: I think this property is especially good for families with young kids who want a safe getaway vacation. We also had a great time overall!

This condo is the most perfect, cozy and modern place to stay in if you want an amazing experience in Crescent Bar. Diana is a wonderful and welcoming host. She thought of everything a home should have to help make a stay easier and less stressful for guests. It was the best spot for spending time on the river, relaxing by the pool or taking a short walk to see a breath taking sunset.
