I really wanted to like this place as the staff in the hotel was wonderful. The restaurant and bartenders were so nice too. The issue was I booked a king room with the jetted tub and paid almost $200 a night for what I would describe as an $80 room. There was not a dresser or luggage rack so my suitcase and cloths had to remain on the floor. There was a space where it seemed a couch or dresser should be but wasn’t. There was not a single decoration on the walls. It felt just like an empty dorm room echo and all. I love kids but they were everywhere running in the halls all hours of the night and overtook the pool area. The towel (yes towel) in our room was a lone pool towel. I had to go ask for more and was given another pool towel. For almost $200 a night I expected way more. If I had paid $80 I would have been fine. You just don’t get what you pay for here.

Beautoful property with an amazing staff, easy to find and park at , boston pizza attached to hotel so it was very convenient after along drive ! Rooms were spacious and clean !

Rooms were clean but old scratched furniture. The hallway is half painted, i love children but they were running around everywhere, pool was too busy to swim in and in the evening people drinking in the reception are everywhere. No maid service to make the beds unless you advise reception in advance but they dont mention it.

We had a major issue with Expedia not with hotel They were not able to find my reservation we had to go and come back and stay for 1 hour and 15 min with Expedia with no compensation for this error Part of our vacation was multiple calls to Expedia And that ruined the mood Other than that The hotel was nice not fully updated but very clean two saunas one warm pool two hot and cold tub close to Boston pizza easier access Very cozy and nice hotel great for couple or family with kids
