Here for a wedding. Stayed on the preferred side, which is a long walk to the beach, but they do have carts that will take you wherever you want to go on resort. Plenty of pools and chairs to find whatever you're looking for.

The Preferred area was excellent; our 2 room suite was perfect, spacious and clean. Pools were amazing. Staff was excellent. Food was very good, overall. Steaks were overdone - could have been better quality meats. Internet needs improving.

Shortly after arriving at room, found that bed had bugs. Was moved to another room where tv did not work. Spent two days with maintenance workers before they determined they could not fix it. Packed up again and was moved to a third room. Would never recommend and will never return to this property. Worst vacation ever.

Loved this resort. I always go with dreams when I travel. Feel like this one was just a little outdated compared to the other ones I went to but when you come here, you definitely feel welcomed and feel like you’re on vacation. Staff and services were all amazing 10/10.

The first impression when we arrived was ok. When we got to the room, I couldn't place my baby on the floor, because the first time doing so he was finding grains of rice (maybe from previous guest) and putting it in his mouth! As someone who is visiting a foreign country, I would prefer trying their local foods. The options were not the best! I was told I had to make a reservation for fusion restaurant. Little did I know that I had to make it the day I arrived for days in advance. I waited one hour for the seafood restaurant when I noticed sears available. The wait was not very accommodating for someone with a baby. As such I was limited to only the main restaurant for all my meal and the limited options in the room service. I stayed 5 days and 4 nights. I enquired about the photo services from the concierge and they told me to come when I'm ready and we can go though the prices. So I did go when I was ready to then be told that I have to go directly to the photo services. After getting there they couldn't have done my photoshoot with me and my family on the day I wanted it of my son,s first birthday. I had to make an appointment for the next day! Had I been informed correctly by concierge I would have got it done the day needed. Following the shoot, I was then told that we have to go to the adult only section to get these photos. Only to realize I couldn't enter that section with my baby. I was told to leave my baby. Not everyone is willing to leave their baby with stanger!

The place is great totally worth booking there ! Staff went out of there way to help you in anyway. Property is beautiful! They were always doing something from painting to cleaning just a great trip for our family thank you so much !
